  I had such an unfortunate experience giving this place a shot with Eric. I brought him my Toyota Camry so he could change my brakes and rotors, and he was unable to do the job , which is understandable. My issue is that when I picked up the vehicle, my dashboard was completely lit up with brake malfunction and pre-collision warnings. I keep up with my vehicle very well and took my car in with no issues or dashboard lights whatsoever. Both my husband and I made sure everything looked good at drop-off. There is no way we could have missed massive, repeating warnings on a Camry display saying "Brake Malfunction" and "Pre-Collision Malfunction." Yet, Eric claimed these lights were already on before he started working, which is completely untrue. He even admitted in a text message that his scan tool failed while he was attempting to retract the electronic parking brake calipers, yet the shop still refused to take any responsibility. I was truly dissatisfied having to take my car straight to Toyota and pay a $189 diagnostic fee just to clear and reset a system error caused while under his care. Save yourself the stress and headaches ,take your car somewhere else.

  Went in for an inspection which failed because Virginia had some crazy law about LED bulbs in Halogen housing. Also tires. The heavy set guy with dark hair (Eric I think his name was) just didn’t give a damn about anything. Then he quoted me over $1000 for 2 new tires. I declined as I could get tires for ¼ of that price. When I ordered the tires from Amazon, it gave me the option to schedule the installation service. Since I used a credit card to make the purchase I figured I would call to schedule the appointment. Same guy answered the phone and said I just have to bring it in. Not happy with this location or the manager that was on duty. Also I went to the General Booth and London Bridge location. That manager told me she was booked until September 5th ……. but they don’t do appointments for inspections. Then I called the Tiffany Ln location in Virginia Beach and was told come in early first come first serve. When I got there at 700am and waited for them to open I was told I have to drop it off. Not what I was told over the phone. So Monroe/Tire Choice yall gotta do something with your people. Lying, rudeness and inconsistent answers have lost you another customer. Won’t use you ever again.

  Exceptional service from the guy in the front named David, I was able to negotiate a little bit for two new tires and he complied, answered all questions I had with regard to pricing . Bought 2 new tires from them and got them installed in a timely manner, took about an hour and a half. The phone call to set the appointment up was very smooth and easy. Highly recommended place for your car repair service ect. I believe they do inspections as well.

  This Tire Choice location on Indian River Rd. has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went to this location to have my tires mounted & balanced. First off, the attendant that assisted me (Eric A.) was rude and was not welcoming. As I approached the counter he turned towards the back & uttered something that I couldn't understand. His body language SAID it all. Anyway, he finally acknowledge my presence in a not pleasant manner. I advised him that I had a 4pm appointment to have my 4 tires that I purchased elsewhere mounted & balanced and that I would like to keep the two good tires placed inside the back of my vehicle. I handed Eric the keys to my vehicle and he stated that it will be completed in about an hour and a half & that he would call me once the vehicle was completed. An hour and a half passed and no call. So My wife & I proceeded to the Tire Choice shop and whatta ya know my car was ready & no call. I proceeded inside to pay for my invoice and asked Eric why I didn't get a call? He advised the technician was still working on the paper work, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt but as I was standing there he didn't even go to the shop to speak with the technician but proceeded to print out my invoice amount to be paid. The the key was inside the plastic see through pouch located behind the counter. I paid the invoice & went on my merry way. However, I failed to check the back for the two good tires that I wanted to keep. I called the tire location and I kept getting a hang up. I tried several times more to no avail, still kept getting hang up. One of my attempt call, someone picked up but did not speak so I know the person was avoiding my call. I called the following morning & spoke to the General Manager Joe & told him of my experience at this location. He advised he'll look into it & will call me back. 3 hours past and Joe called, he was able to locate the tires that I wanted back. However, when I went there later that afternoon only one tire was available and could not locate ther other. Also, there were no mention on the topic of the CS issue I experienced with his associate Eric. I've been to this location on two other occasions but with better customer service. This time I was sadly dissapointed. I'll take my vehicle to another establishment that has better CS which is at the top of my list of whether the company will continue to receive my business.

  Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. Those are what come to mind when I think of this store. Eric and other staff at this store are very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. They do not care at all. I am contacting corporate office about this ridiculous store. If the owner cares at all about his or her business, he or she needs to clean house and re-hire new staff who understand customer service and who care about their job. Take a look at all the negative reviews online. They are all true. Soon, nobody will bring their cars over there if this continues.
