I made an appointment online, received 2 confirmation text messages, showed up at my scheduled time only to be turned away because they “don’t take appointments” and there are 3 people ahead of me. Shouldn’t have an option to make an appointment online then. Do better. I’ve never been to this company before and I won’t be back.

The manager, Eric, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we arrived at 9 a.m., he sharply told those of us who were there at opening to sit down like we were his kids or something and wait five minutes while he got everything set up. He was dismissive throughout the interaction and gave the clear impression that he didn’t want to be there. His attitude was unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing management position. Because of how we were treated, I canceled my appointment on the spot and took my business elsewhere. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.

I found they were professional, knowledgeable And the work I needed was done in a timely manner. They replaced my tires and did an alignment. I’m very happy with the service.

Professional and service minded, Joe, helped my husband and I with getting new tires and an alignment with ease and at a good price. We will definitely recommend and come back to this company!

I have to say I was so disappointed, first only guy at the front who had a line was being yelled at by the district manager because the manager called out. Then the sales associate acted like I was inconveniencing him because I did not know the size of my tires. I dropped my car off because I had a nail in it, they said they definitely would be done that day. 45 minutes later they said they could not get the tire, I asked if they could at least add air so I could get it some place else and they said yes. When I showed up to pick it up my windows were down with no workers around and no air added. I would never recommend this location.
