  Terrible...had a 9:30 appointment and 8 hours later they still hadn't started on my car. The counter guy could not have cared less when I finally took my car and left, without ever getting the service completed.

  The front desk person, Eric A, at this facility is very rude and unprofessional. He was fine with my Dad but very short with me as a woman. They were supposed to do an alignment with my new tires but the car was pulling to the right afterwards. I had to take it back 2 more times for them to get it done. The 2nd time, he said it would be about 3 hours and 6 hours later it was not done and they were closing. No apology from Eric ever. I am a very patient person and deal with customers every day and know what great service is. He didn't even provide good and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I will not be going back there as long as he works there.

  Made a 9:30 appointment for oil change, tire rotation and inspection, at 5:00 my car hadn't been touch and no guarantee that it would be today. They could not care less when I asked for my key back to take my car elsewhere.

  Sadly I had to return to Tire Choice the day after my car was serviced as the tire sensor light came on. I called and was told that I could bring my car in at 5:00pm. I arrive at 4:52pm. I approached the male at the desk, explained that my car was serviced the day before, took out my appointment verification (via text message) and my receipt totaling over $2,100.00. He did not look at my paperwork. He said that I’d have to return the following day. I told hthe m that’s not what I was told via the telephone. He continued saying, “you’ll have to come back tomorrow.” I asked to speak to the manager. He said that he was the manager. I asked to speak to his supervisor. I told him that I’d be writing an unsatisfactory review. I sat down, a gentleman walked by, I asked if he worked there. He said yes. I asked him if the man at the counter was a manager (I asked this because he was dismissive, disrespectful and unprofessional in my estimation). The gentleman asked what was going on and I told him my concern. He asked me which car was mine. He explained that the call service for Tire Choice should not have scheduled me until the following day (How was i supposed to know that? He was then called to the counter where the manager(?) told him that I would have to return the following day. I then asked the manager “did you tell him he can’t assist me?” Sadly, things took a weird turn. The guy who actually attempted to assist me turned to me and said that he was going to help me, but because I “had an attitude” he would not assist me. I corrected him and told him that my question was directed to the manager, not him. He asked me to pull my car near the bay area. He said he would put air in my tires, I asked why would tires purchased fewer than 24 hours ago need air. He said due to the fact that the temperature was warmer the day before. I set in the car while he put sir in the tires? He then set my tire sensor. He said i was to return if there were any other issues. I got into my vehicle and it would only move in reverse even when it was in drive. I made him aware. He got into the car and did? Whatever he did my car then went forward when I put it into drive. I know very little about cars, however I do believe that all I needed was for the tire sensor to be set and it could and should have been done in a matter of less than 5 minutes minus the unprofessionalism. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Tire Choice. Although my former visits were satisfactory I will never use your services.

  Asked for a coolant flush. Paid ridiculous money and waited multiple hours, and got a basic drain and fill of super generic fluid didnt even drain old fluid out all the way to include overfill tank. I needed a actual flush with a real machine hooked up to push fluid through my block after a motor install to properly flush my coolant. What I got was a simple drain and fill. Do not recommend this shop at all.
