  Great set of guys to work with and explain about my tires because I ordered it through a company and have it delivered there to be installed on my vehicle. Thank you tire choice for been patient and amazing.

  First called to confirm I could leave vehicle overnight for state inspection. Then I went into the store to drop off vehicle. Waited about 10 minutes then called again to confirm they were open till 7 as I was there at 6. Had to get transferred to the actual store where I informed them them I was waiting to drop off my keys at the store. When I was finally helping the associate seamed incovinved that I was dropping off my car sighing throughout the encounter. Next day I received a call around 10 am letting me know my car had passed inspection and he suggested a filter change. I declined the filters and he said he would call when my car was finished. It wasn't until 3:30 that I finally received a call that my car was finished. I arrived to pickup my vehicle and upon entering the car was disappointed that it was returned dirty. The steering wheel shifter and a puller trim all had a thin layer were dirty to the touch. Fortunately it was easy to clean but disappointing to have to clean my vehicle after an inspection. Overall I am disappointed in my experience and have no plans of returning.

  If I could put 0 stars I would. I dropped my car off over night for state inspection and wrote if it fails to call me and I will come get it. I guess they took that as an insult and decided to move me to the back of the line even though there were only 4 cars in the lot and 2 in the bays. I called at 2:25pm the next day to ask for an update and was told it was being “looked at” and I would get a call when they have an update.i went to the shop at 4:25pm the same day, two hours after I was told it was being looked at only to find the truck in the same spot with no rejection or new inspection…. It’s not hard to be honest, but do not lie about it when you are representing a company. I’ve been going here over 20 years back when it was Kramer. Honestly this is an on going thing for the past 10+ years. Don’t reply with an automated message

  Brought my vehicle on a Saturday for state inspection after making appointment over the phone. Was told it was first come first serve and the phone person was from a call center out of state. Ok, also that I was third in line and they didn’t know what time the inspector was arriving but that they would call me an hour before closing to pick it up ready or not. Did not received the call so I called 30 minutos before closing. They said it wasn’t ready. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and they asked me to”what vehicle? The person went back to get my keys and handed them to me without any word. I had to asked or state that the inspection wasn’t complete. He said nope and that was it. Communications could have been a lot better.
