My experience was horrible this place serviced my air because it was not working charged me almost $800 and til this day it's not working. Nicholas who works there very unprofessional especially on the phone and his tone and attitude. I would never recommend anybody take their vehicle there or maybe they just get over on a woman they see alone come inside. I definitely feel like they took my money and nothing was fixed. Ive reached out to cooperate to address this issue. It would be a cold day in hell before I use them again!! I tell anybody dont do there!! Do better and fire Nicholas if you value true customers!

My car wouldn’t start in the parking lot behind Tire Choice and they had someone walk out to my car with me and jump it free of charge. Joel was incredible and so kind and patient with me while we tried to figure out what was going on. They gave honest feedback and, because my car is having other issues, referred me to a separate location who would be best able to handle this AND recommended to not buy a battery today because they didn’t want me to waste my money if that wasn’t the root cause. I will be coming back here for my non-EV car because where do you find this kind of service these days? It’s certainly hard to come by.
