  Two weeks ago I took my car here to have a tire plugged. They charged me $50, but later that same night the tire was flat again. The next day I took my vehicle to another shop, and they showed me the nail was still in the tire and that it had never been properly repaired. The second shop fixed it correctly and only charged me $20. On top of that, I was told by this shop that my battery was bad and would fail inspection. They also tried telling me I needed others things done as well. After hearing that, I had the battery checked at two different places, and both said the battery was perfectly fine. I also had my vehicle inspected today and was again told the battery was in good condition. Based on my experience, I feel like this business tried to sell me repairs I did not need. I would not recommend this place and would encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any work.

  I had a tire blow as I was leaving Target, and thankfully Tire Choice was in the same parking lot. All of the technicians were so helpful, even putting my ice cream in their freezer so it wouldn't melt! They changed my tire efficiently and I couldn't be more thankful! There was a piece of a builder's square in my tire!

  My car needed a state vehicle inspection. The assistant manager, Wendell Phillips, was very nice and helpful when I dropped off and picked up my car.

  They took me in right away when I got a flat tire the other day. Their customer service was awesome and they got the job done quickly. The only downside was they only had one of the tires I needed on hand but since they didn't even know I was going to come in I can't really complain.

  I had a really frustrating experience at this shop and feel like I need to warn others. I came in needing a single tire replaced due to damage. To be safe, I specifically asked for two tires to be replaced. Somehow, the wrong tire size ended up being installed, which should have been caught by the professionals handling the job. Instead, this mistake turned into a much bigger and more expensive situation. After the incorrect size was mounted, I was told that now I “needed” to replace more tires to make everything match. What started as a simple, reasonable request for one or two tires turned into me feeling pressured toward buying four new tires. At no point did I feel like I was being guided with my best interest in mind. It felt like I was being upsold to fix a problem that the shop helped create. There was also a lack of clear communication. No one slowed down to double check the size before installing, and no one clearly explained the consequences beforehand. As a customer, I trusted that they would get something as basic as tire sizing right. On top of that, they were unable to complete the alignment because of a seized tie rod bolt. While I understand that can happen on older vehicles, it was still frustrating that I left without the alignment I needed, especially considering the uneven tire wear I came in with. There was no real solution offered beyond telling me it couldn’t be done. I understand mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled made it feel like I was responsible for paying for that mistake. I left feeling frustrated, overcharged, and not confident in the service I received. I would recommend others double check everything themselves and get quotes elsewhere before committing here.
