  I took my vehicle here for a simple oil change. Drove to work and broke down on the interstate. Come to find out the technician dropped a metal piece from the air intake and fell in the manifold. SUPER CARELESS for a simple job. Never again.

  Made appointment for an oil change and ended up being called a b#tch and a couple of other things. Strangest encounter I have ever had at an establishment. Not sure what was going on with the employee, but this is unexceptionable in our City. Tried calling their customer care department through the automated system, after being on hold for 20 mins I hung up. I did reach the manager of the location know about the incident, he expressed how sorry he was and would speak with the employee. Damage is already done though. I’m an older lady and this was frightening behavior.

  If i could give it a negative 5 start i would, I had a bad experience at Nick at the front desk. From the start, the customer service felt rude and dismissive. On top of that, we were charged twice for the same service/transaction. I brought it up right away, but the issue was not resolved as at all. Overall, this was frustrating and I don’t feel confident in how billing is handled there nor how i was treated I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with him still working there. i never had a issue like this with STEVE or BILL working and i have been coming to them for months.
