  I brought my vehicle to Tire Choice last Friday to have two tires installed and my suspension aligned. Steven had excellent customer service from drop off to pick up, and the work only took them a few hours! They provided a comprehensive printout of the work performed as well as their multipoint inspection. I appreciated that they noted items that may be due soon, but didn’t push to do them the same day. I will definitely return to this location for future service on my vehicle.

  Corporate call service is horrible. Told me to come in Saturday for an inspection. They no longer inspect on weekends. Very hard to understand them too.

  I booked an appointment for an inspection and when I arrived, I was told that you can't do appointments. But if I wanted, I could leave it there for 2 days and they would try to get to it. Nope, sorry, so I went across the street to your competitor and they were more than happy to earn my business.

  They were great they took my truck immediately I showed up at 7:30am. I came in from Richmond. They were suggested by my grandson, I was there when they opened they were finished with my truck the same day! They explained things thoroughly and didn’t add any surprise charges. I would suggest them to anyone.
