When I say broken, trust we tear our trucks up. Nobody predicts a mechanical failure to schedule service. Jeff and his team always seem to figure out how to get us in and out at a very fair price. Not to mention one of the most organized and clean auto shops to view. The staff is always smiling and knowledgeable with our team and keeps us going in a pinch and general maintenance. They are the shop with solutions. They stick to the issue until it’s completed and understand service trucks. They call and update if things change and never over promise. If we leave a service truck overnight drivable or not they move it inside knowing the value of tools and equipment. It’s hard to find a mechanic that knows how to fix issues. These guys are not a scan and hope kinda shop, they are mechanics who have the skills to make mechanical failure go away with ease. Very comforting knowing if something breaks these guys are ready to fix and keep our trucks running.
