Outstanding communication and customer service. I was made aware of everything that was going on with my vehicles warranty, and any up front cost. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner (same day service after being towed to the shop) I will definitely be a returning customer for whatever service I might need. Thank you!

so when i met the manager, he kept telling me how honest he is... should have backed out then, I got an estimate of 2700 for a reman engine swap out. the engine arrives at the shop, and what do you know? the labor estimate jumps almost 1000,00$!!!!!, what am I going to do? have the engine shipped back? have it sent to a new mechanic? so scam number ONE, then after a week I call to check on the progress, (this after he told me 2 and a half days total work) of course would rather have it done correctly not quick, so ok.. he tells me the vehicle keeps shutting off, so since my family is leaving on a week long trip in a day or two, I say, then just keep it, figure it out and I will get it when i get back. I told him I would call and make a payment a couple days later. I did not... that is on me. 1. I forgot, 2. did not receive a payment for a contracting job ... when I did call him, he started threatening me with the big bad mean owner charging me storage fees!!! for a vehicle that was not completed yet!!!
scam number 2!!!
of course they also needed some additional parts so it ended up costing even more ( not too mad about new parts with a new engine), long story though, with storage, other parts, and the 1000 dollar mistake on the estimate, it was over 4000. I drove it, and all seemed well, except for steering. the mechanic riding with me shockingly could not guess what it could be, it turned out they left it stuck in 4 wheel high, and it would not come out.. I got that straight myself. they also left my oil dipstick just flopping around..anyways, to sum up, I would not recommend them for anything, to anybody, due to the honesty/greed issue. However, I do believe in Karma

How do I know if my brakes need repair?
Several indicators suggest your brakes may require attention. These include hearing squeaking, squealing, or grinding noises, experiencing a soft or spongy brake pedal, noticing reduced brake responsiveness, or seeing the brake warning light illuminated on your dashboard. If you observe any of these signs, it's crucial to have your brakes inspected promptly to ensure your safety. We encourage you to reach out to us today to learn how we can assist in maintaining your vehicle's safety on the road.
What are the signs that my suspension system needs repair?
Your suspension system may need repair if you experience a rough or bouncy ride, difficulty steering, uneven tire wear, or a sense of instability while driving. Additionally, if your vehicle drifts or pulls to one side, or if you hear unusual noises like clunks or squeaks when driving over bumps, these could indicate suspension issues requiring professional attention. We invite you to contact us today to discover how we can help ensure your vehicle's safety and performance.
How often should I replace my brake pads?
The frequency of brake pad replacement typically ranges from 25,000 to 70,000 miles, varying based on driving habits and vehicle type. We encourage you to get in touch with us today to learn how we can assist in maintaining your vehicle's safety.
How often should I have my suspension system inspected?
We advise having your suspension system inspected every 12,000 to 15,000 miles, or if you notice any signs of damage or wear. We invite you to contact us today to learn how we can help maintain your vehicle's performance and safety.
Can I drive with worn-out brake pads or suspension issues?
Operating a vehicle with worn-out brake pads or suspension problems is not recommended due to safety concerns.
