The Car Shop is the only one to services all my company trucks and personal autos. We bring them broken trucks and we need them repaired fast to keep business running. When I say broken, trust we tear our trucks up. Nobody predicts a mechanical failure to schedule service. Jeff and his team always seem to figure out how to get us in and out at a very fair price. Not to mention one of the most organized and clean auto shops to view. The staff is always smiling and knowledgeable with our team and keeps us going in a pinch and general maintenance. They are the shop with solutions. They stick to the issue until it’s completed and understand service trucks. They call and update if things change and never over promise. If we leave a service truck overnight drivable or not they move it inside knowing the value of tools and equipment. It’s hard to find a mechanic that knows how to fix issues. These guys are not a scan and hope kinda shop, they are mechanics who have the skills to make mechanical failure go away with ease. Very comforting knowing if something breaks these guys are ready to fix and keep our trucks running.

My 2015 Toyota Tundra was making a strange noise and I was concerned as I was about to drive to Florida for a two week trip around the state. I brought the truck into The Car Shop and the service manager, Chip asked me if I could leave it for about an hour for diagnosis. They determined it was a bad water pump and he told me “You wouldn’t make it past North Carolina.”
Chip quoted me a fair price and asked if I could leave it overnight to get it repaired. They had it fixed before noon the next day and I was able to take it on my trip a couple days later. 2,913 miles later we are back home and the truck ran great.
I would definitely recommend The Car Shop of Virginia Beach for your small and large car and truck repairs and maintenance.
