They're skilled at what they do and knowledgeable. It was definitely a great first oil change experience for me and will be coming back.

The guy that welcomed me was nice and friendly and everything started off great. He advised me that they could not find my filter and they couldn't change it but they will go ahead and do the oil change, there was 2 other people that looked for the filter and they couldn't find it either. I left and googled where my oil filter would be and went to another business and they found it without a problem. I arrived back to Strickland brother's and showed the guy where it was, he said give me your receipt and I will put a note in that you will get a discount next time, I asked him if he would go ahead and change it for me but he didnt. So I paid over $100 for an oil change and no they didnt charge me for the filter but come on. I will be finding another business to take all of my vehicles to.
