  I never usually have time to do these reviews, but for the amazingly exceptional service that I received today…..I’m making time. I started using Strickland Brothers on Wesleyan Drive about 4 years ago. Never have I ever received the type of customer service that I received today. The Service Technician was Jaylan W. He asked me if he could check my cabin filter. I said yes thinking that it was a filter under the hood of my vehicle. To my surprise, he opened my passenger side door, opened the glove compartment and removed a FILTHY filter. I bought this car in 2021 and started bringing it to Strickland Brothers in 2022. No one has EVER changed that filter. He also checked my break lights, brights and turn signals. Again, this was never done by technicians there during prior visits. I thought that maybe Strickland Brothers had stopped putting the stickers on your windshield since no one gave me one during my last 3 visits. I had started keeping the receipt in the passenger door so that I could reference it to get an idea of when I was due for my next oil change. Well, Jaylan applied the sticker to my windshield today so apparently that wasn’t the case. This young man did an excellent job at communicating everything that he was doing and explaining things when I had questions. Employees like this seem to be a rarity these days. If he isn’t already a supervisor or manager he need to be, or at the very least he needs to be paid to train other employees. I worked customer service related jobs for many years before starting my own business and know how difficult it can be to find employees like Jaylan. I hope that he is appreciated by you all as much as I and I’m sure his other customers appreciate him.

  Went because I really needed an oil change and didn’t want to wait forever. Kenny was extremely helpful and made sure everything was set and even educated me on how to check my oil will definitely be back !

  I got there a minute or two before open. They pulled me right in and had the oil changed within a few minutes. They made other helpful recommendations, and Kenny was very helpful. This is perfect for busy, working people who don't have time to drop their car off.

  I had planned to get my oil changed at another place of business but pretty much they were not able to do my vehicle at the time scheduled the day prior. I was on my one hour lunch break, And I was pressed for time. I searched on Google” oil change Now near me “ chose the one closest to me, I did not call before I went. I showed up & quickly explained my situation & my time crunch! The 3 gentlemen Who took care of My vehicle and the maintenance were polite and nothing but professional and I will be returning. I would recommend

  Stay away from this place. I took my new car in a year ago to get it's first oil change and sure every one was nice and they even said I had a bad oil cap but not to worry because they had a replacement. I was like sure okay but when I started asking them questions about it the lead guy got upset with me. I was just concerned about my new car but this guy told me to go ahead and pull out and have a nice day. SERIOUSLY!?!? After reporting horrible service they gave me a free oil change coupon. My new car has smelled like it has been burning oil ever since. I only returned because I had this coupon but I was definitely gonna ask them about the oil smell. Again everyone was nice but this time they just wouldn't answer my question about the oil smell THAT STARTED WITH THEM! Now one of the things I asked them was to check the PCV valve. I even said I would pay extra. They kind of ignored that and just popped off my filter and said 'oh yeah it's kind of dirty." So basically using the free coupon yeah they still got some money out of me I paid for a filter that probably didn't need to be changed. But yeah the PCV valve. They just ignored me I asked over and over about the PCV valve. All they had to do was say that they were a 10 minute oil change facility that really don't do that kind of check. Okay fine I doubt I'm going to get another free coupon so I'm going to take my car next year to get my oil changed at a facility that actually knows what they are doing. One and done I left a review saying I was upset but then it got worse. This customer service person contacted me and said that the manager would personally check my PCV valve for me. This really pissed me off because I knew full well that they don't do the PCV valve I just learned that after taking in my car the second time you know when they ignored me instead of saying oh we don't do that service here. Well the customer service representative obviously thinks that they can do that. Finally after getting so upset with her I'm like okay have the manager call me to get that scheduled. That was well over a week ago the manager never called me because they don't do anything with the PCV valve. The communication with this place is absurd both times it was longer than 10 minutes so this place wants to pride itself on being a quick fast 10 minute oil change. That is definitely not the case I've taken my car to Valvoline before and it's been 10 minutes maybe 12 minutes but with both times at this facility at Strickland Brothers it was like 35 minutes every single time so not only are they doing an oil service that I could probably do myself I recommend everyone avoid this place do your research do your own oil change and save money but most importantly like I said avoid Strickland brothers because they're just not worth it they don't communicate.
