  I’ve been coming here for years. The service has remained top notched! Damonte, Kenneth, and Louis got me in and out within 15 mins from start to finish. They also greeted me with an ice cold water while I sat in my car.

  So I went in to get oil change didn’t charge me what I saw online so I said never mind and then I believe the manager kenny stated for me to come on and he will do it . They let me know ok all good my car would not come on which was not a problem I came with and then he tells me he accidentally drained my transmission fluid and needed to go to store to fix he come back and I’ve been her for 3 hours he tells me I’m good and then my ac and screen stopped working and then he tells me he needs to in plug battery and that he’s will refund money . Days and a week go by nonrefund and now my front console does not work I call and no answer help

  Brought our enterprise managed fleet van to the Virginia Beach location, chose Strickland because we've never had issues at other issues. After waiting with no maintenance getting done for over 30 minutes and only one technician waiting to for a green light, and all other bays empty we left for another quick change. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is the floor technician was very professional, polite, ready to make things happen as soon as he was given the okay to change the oil, I wish I had gotten his name.

  After coming here for an oil change, 19 days and less than 684 miles later I was driving on Independence Blvd when I heard a pop and white smoke coming from the back of my car. Thankfully, I was able to pull over safely right away. As I parked and turned off the car to go inspect what had happened, all of the oil drained from my vehicle. As, any reasonable person would, I called the tow truck to have my car towed to the nearest car dealer repair shop to diagnose what had happened. The dealer found my drain plug completely missing and devoid of engine oil, caused by an improperly secured drain plug. I went back to Strickland Brothers to inform them what happened and to file a claim to get reimbursed, the manager took my information but they repeatedly denied my claim despite presented with evidence that this occurred within their "30 day warranty window", engine milage since the pil change was only 684 miles (the Dealership made a mistake on entering my milage on paperwork, thus their claims department are arguing I drove more than 4000 miles in 19 days), and insist that I should have towed my non drivable vehicle to their shop for inspection and repair as per their policy (which was never emailed in any of the document receipts, but also ridiculous). Beware if you come here for an oil change, there is a pattern of drain plugs/filters being improperly secured in other google reviews. They refuse to take responsibility for damages that could have caused loss of life on the road.

  They did exactly what I asked. I wanted my oil and oil filter changed. Cut & dried I didn’t need wipers, cabin filter, tire pressure checked…. I was there for what seemed less than 20mins and they were finished. Perfect place to get my vehicles serviced. When I need other things for my vehicle I will ask them to sell those items to me. Thanks for the speedy professional service!!
