  Best auto glass repair experience I have ever had! Mostly due to my OUTSTANDING glass technician, Dave. Dave REALLY knew his stuff and expertly removed my old, damaged windshield and expertly installed the new one. When I mentioned having issues with the last time my car’s windshield was replaced, Dave said he knew exactly what the issue was. Sure enough, Dave’s repair fixed the issue that occurred during the last repair. Thanks and huge SHOUT OUT to Dave!!

  Windshield Replacement 2023 CLA 250 Got worse two years in a row, two different cars. Booked online a weeks before got confirmed, they call one hour before drop off time and said we don't have your windshield in stocks no sorry, no explanation, no reschedule or we can't do it, he just hanged up phone like he doesn't give a amp;&@, leaving me all confused. So I decided to call Auto Glass Now Norfolk Virginia got it done same day great service. the only reason I go to them is because it was recommended by my insurance company, and this is the second time happened to me with them, two years ago same stuff, this time I have to write a review for sure, what a wasted of my times and it's the worse customers services communication ever.. big name doesn't mean better..NEVER AGAIN..save your time and find other companies, you will thanks me ...

  Hey @safelite, after waiting 2 weeks & giving you a $100 deposit, you canceled my sunny Thursday appt. You moved me to Sat morning—it’s raining, the tech is MIA, and you'll probably cancel again. The guy Mike who called was really rude, and this was my last attempt to ever use this worthless company. Meanwhile, you have my $100 & I'm stuck driving with a cracked windshield. Fix this.

  Safelite Glass is wonderful at repairing rock damage to glass on vehicles. I have used Safelite for rock chip repairs and total windshield replacement. They are fast and efficient and do great work. This time, I had Kelly as my technician and he did. Wonderful job. Called me as he was able to do my windshield repair earlier than scheduled and he arrived at the time he stated. Made my day! Kudos to Kelly for being courteous and kind while doing great work! He’s an asset to the Safelite team!!

  We dropped the car off early this morning and were waiting for a call that never came. We tried calling them around 2pm to get an update and lo and behold you can’t speak to anyone there. They only have an 800 number that is answered by customer service. They can’t tell you anything about anything. The only thing they could do was leave a message for a return call that never came. So at 3:30pm we drove the 30 minutes to see if the car was ready. We were told it was waiting for calibration and only one person does that and it will be done by 5pm. The car windshield had already been replaced and our car was sitting in the back of the building but we still had to wait 40 minutes to get our car. I would never use this place again.
