  I’m on vacation in VA and noticed that my right passenger tire started losing air and was nearly flat. When I walked in Jordan (mgr) initially only offered to add air to the tire as he said he only had one tech working, but while adding the air I told Shane (service mgr) that I was traveling he, immediately said “i got you”. He inspected the tire and showed me the nail he found in the tread. I purchased a pair of tires which were installed quickly and I was on my way! Customer service from both gentlemen was outstanding.

  I use to come here for about 30 years. But I stopped coming because the service has gotten so bad. However, I decided to give them another chance and I’m so glad I did. Service was fast and Jordan was great to me. Excellent service and I’m so glad. Thank you for the quick and friendly service.

  I wanna give a shout out to Jordan, the gentleman at the front desk for upstanding customer service each and every time I walk into the place. Past couple times I’ve been to NTB, I have been on the go and last minute with no appointment and he has been very accommodating and has made the experience pleasant and stress free to say the least. If you’re looking for quality service then NTB on Laskin is your place.

  I left work at 6:30 pm and immediately heard what sounded like a nail in my tire. I was alarmed because I had a 44 mile drive home and a drs appt in the morning so no time to take it in then. My hubby told me to go to the nearest NTB. Best advice ever! The closest one was just 1.5 miles away on laskin road. I called and they told me to bring her in! The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. The location owner was so kind and both were very respectful of me and my time. They checked my car for nails but my tires were fine. They showed me what was wrong with my tie rods moving around and they inflated my tires as they were very low on air. I was not charged to have my tires checked or inflated. And I promised to leave a review! Take your vehicles to Laskin road NTB! You will not be sorry!

  Sitting in the lobby writing this. I came here today for a state inspection and have one of my tires looked at, forgetting my tag expired yesterday. I was able to get it done same day without an appointment. Jordan was very helpful in letting me know all my options after my car failed inspection and was very kind and patient in answering all my questions. I used to go to another shop for all my car needs, but I like this place much better. It didnt break the bank and Jordan made the experience much more pleasant. GIVE JORDAN A RAISE!! 😂
