  Roland and the Team are amazing! I arrived when they opened for an oil change with vehicle drop off. By noon my car was available for pick up. I always received great service and I trust the work/service being done on my vehicle. Thank you Team NTB - VA Beach Blvd!

  BEWARE!!!! I've had nothing but issues from this company. 2 years ago I got a set of tires.. I went across the street after to CVS.. When I came out my tire light was on. Brought it back and they said there air pump gauge was broke and pumped the tire up . Next morning I get in my van at 6am to drive 3 hours and tire was totally flat. I had to use my pump and wait until they opened at 8am.. They said the tire was defective. 8 months later not even 40,000 miles and I had a blow out on the interstate. Got van towed to location and decided to get 4 new tires since all of them were 3/4 gone anyway. Not even an hour later my tire light goes on while I am on the way to NC . I call the manager and he tells me to go to any shop and get fixed and they will pay for it.. I made it back to the VB location and I guess it was a stem issue they didn't catch.. Now 6 months later Not even 20,000 miles and my back tires will not pass inspection. I tried to go through NTB/Mavis warranty division but they came back and said that since I never had them do an alignment or rotate that they would only give me 25% off tire. I did try to get them rotated when I had brakes done but they said they didn't have the time. ( My van has been shaking while braking ever since they were done) So I had them put on the two tires and align. First day driving and my steering wheel was no longer centered and van is loose and pulls severely. I bring it back to them 2 days later on a Sunday, my only day off and they said I had to leave it for the day even though there was only 1 car in the bay. Final straw for me!!! I will be going back to discount tires or pep boys in the future. E rated tires that don't last 20,000 miles should not be sold to consumers...... I am out $130 for a shotty alignment that I didn't even need ... ( Weight shifts constantly in my van daily and heavy duty tires should be able to take this load... BEWARE!!!!!!!!!   Came into this shop due to a squeek sound coming from the brakes on my 2024 model car. Roland was very polite at the counter. Sam checked my car out. I was informed that nothing was wrong with it. The sound was just from morning dew. It is VERY APPRECIATED that these guys care and aren't just out for the money. They have made a customer for life. I'll be telling all my friends!

  I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I received from GM Rollin and AGM Steven at NTB at 3285 Virginia Beach Blvd. After a very unpleasant experience at another NTB location, I came here looking for answers and was immediately treated with professionalism, honesty, and respect. Rollin and Steven took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly evaluate the situation, and correct the shortcomings from my previous visit. What impressed me most wasn’t just their knowledge and willingness to help—it was their integrity. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, these two gentlemen restored my faith that there are still honest people who genuinely care about doing right by their customers. Their transparency, attention to detail, and commitment to making things right turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience.   I stopped in at the NTB on Virginia Beach Blvd. on my way to Harris Teeter. I went in the front door and was greeted by a worker named Steve. He was very nice and polite to me and asked me. How could he accommodate my visit today. I told him I was there just to check the prices on an oil change and to get my vehicle just looked over. The price he gave me on a full synthetic oil change was a lot cheaper than I was priced across the street at Jiffy Lube. I said let’s do it. He went out to the parking lot and got all the information off of my vehicle and then handed the invoice paperwork over to a technician that he called Rob. Rob quickly pulled a vehicle into the bay. Did some checks and test on different fluids and batteries and else. The report back on my vehicle was excellent. They had nothing but good things to say. It’s hard to trust somebody in this business nowadays, but I think I have found an honest group of guys.
