  This NTB service center on Indian River Rd in Virginia Beach is simply amazing. Austin, Chris and the guys offer excellent customer service and are also highly skillful. My family and I were pressed for time, even so, without an appointment, they made room for us and changed our oil, rotated our tires, changed our wipers, checked our brakes and went out of their way to get us a new tire. It was one of the best, most genuine and pleasant car care service we have ever received. They are highly recommended and greatly appreciated.

  Eric and Chris were amazing! I couldn’t find my wheel lock, but they were incredibly patient and made sure my tire was properly diagnosed. I ended up needing a new tire, and they were able to get everything done within 30 minutes, even with the delay caused by me searching for the wheel lock. Highly recommend NTB for their fast, professional, and customer-friendly service!

  I had a great experience at NTB Tire Shop. The staff was professional, honest, and worked quickly to get my vehicle back on the road. They explained everything clearly, offered fair pricing, and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them if you need reliable tire service done right! Shout out to Eric and Connor.

  Great customer service, friendly staff/management especially! My family has been taking our vehicles here for past few years for various services. They have honest in diagnosis not trying to sell you something you really dont need like so.e other chains that will remain nameless. 🤫 Thank you and keep doing what you guys are doing!🙏🏽

  I’ve been servicing my vehicle at NTB for years because they provide excellent service from start to finish. The work is always completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and the entire team is incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. They take the time to explain everything clearly which makes the whole experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient auto service in VB.
