  Terrible experience. Didn’t have the tires I needed, proceeded to sell and put on tires that were way too big for my car. Went to drive when first done. Tires were unbalanced when put into vehicle. Had to turn around immediately and get fixed. Proceeded to use tires they put on car for couple weeks and had an immediate blow out. Took car back, Rick tried to tell me it was because of the tires touching the suspension. Said they would have never put in on with it that low. Then proceeds to tell me to get the correct tires for vehicle instead of ones I’ve purchased that are to big because Rick was so desperate to get a sale. Rick proceeded to tell me that to get his mistake fixed, that I had to pay another $350 after ive already spent $1500 to get the correct tires that should have on the car to begin with. Worst experience I’ve ever had, dodge this place at all cost. And whatever you do, do not do any business with the guy named Rick. He will do anything to get you to spend money, and put your life at risk.

  I dropped my Tundra off for a brake inspection because it had a chirping sound. Rick explained everything about the repairs and made the whole experience less stressful. Bob was able to get my 15 year old Tundra up and running! This will be my shop going forward. Thanks again to Bob and Rick.

  I had a flat tire. Took it to Mr. Tire, they honored my Tire Choice warranty, repaired my tire, put the Tire back on my vehicle, replaced and properly secured my spare tire. I was very impressed with their service, attention to detail and concern for my time and my vehicle. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for good honest and prompt service.

  First they don’t have the people to do state inspections, then I was standing outside on a phone call waiting for my car and I heard the manager that made me really uncomfortable, trying to hit on me, yelling at one of the guys working on my car. It seemed like the mechanic or whatever was just suggesting what I needed and the manager just went off. The guy had been super nice to me when I annoyed him with my questions so I feel bad, then when I went to hear about my car and the manager didn’t relay what he had said I needed. Overall wish I could just go to the mechanic and not deal with head dude.

  To preface, I've been a long time customer at the tire choice across the street from this location and have never had a negative experience. The manager at tire choice referred me to this shop like he has in the past because he was understaffed and wouldn't be able to get to my car that day. Everything went as expected until I got reccomended 4 new tires due to "Dry rot in the tread", the manager at Mr.Tire made it seem like it was a much bigger issue than it actually was according to what I've read based on the pictures. While presenting the estimate, the manager Rick was extremely unprofessional, talking himself up like a big shot as the "best in his district" and making suggestive comments to hit on me. Which wouldn't have been the worst thing in the world if he didn't smell like stale alcohol and BO. I know these locations are very good, honest places, and I'll continue to get my vehicles serviced at tire choice, but someone needs to get the Mr.Tire manager on a leash
