  I am brand new to the area and wasn't sure how I was going to feel about my new Mercedes service department. Well I feel very good about it after working with Diana! What a gem!!!! First of all, no offense to the gents, but I love working with a female in the service dept, how refreshing. Kind of unusual out west anyway. It's a nice change of pace for me. Diana also gave me excellent customer service. I'm a bit scattered from my move across country and Diana was so patient and helpful, I really appreciated that. My service went well and they got it done quickly even though the place was packed when I got there. Some of the reasons I love Mercedes so much is the care they give you at service. They had a loaner for me, and even worked to get me the one I requested. Very good experience. I also want to give a big shout-out to whoever washes the cars, mine was so pretty when it came out!! Much much better than it ever looked in Denver after service. That is the truth. So I'm really happy with my new service department in Virginia Beach and when it's time to get a new car, I will give this sales department a try too. A++

  Joel and Bryce were very professional and even came to my house on the Outer Banks with their mobile truck to complete my service B. I am very appreciative of their time and grateful I didn’t have to spend the day in Virginia missing work. Definitely 5 stars!

  Got a warning light that the coolant system was malfunctioning on my way home after work. I turned around and went straight to the dealership. My service advisor, Terrance, was great. Despite not having an appointment, he got me a loaner and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

  The Absolute worst service experience I have ever had. I waited for an hour and a half before a Service Advisor contacted called me in. No loaner cars available. They kept my car overnight and still never explained what was wrong. The Advisor (Will Hernandez) provided terrible customer service. Only contacted me via text. I had to call to check the status of my vehicle.

  Best ever experience ever at Mercedes service center. 2000 miles from home traveling in our 2018 Sprinter with a turbo diesel with check engine light after being above 10k elevation for several days. We were unable to even find a Mercedes dealer for hundreds of miles. And finding one that services Sprinters is even more rare. I did a search for dealers that service Sprinters and Mercedes of Virginia Beach popped up. The Service Manager for Sprinters, Joy Williams, is aptly named. Given our circumstances so far from home, we were fit in and she assigned Dave Parris to our repair. Both are incredibly knowledgeable with outstanding people and communications skills as well as astonishing technical skills and the ability to “show and tell.” I don’t use those terms often these days and after 8 years of Sprinter ownership, it’s not an experience we have previously had. MB and Charles Barker should be proud of these two as they are the finest representatives for Mercedes we have encountered. Our thanks and appreciation—and relief for all they did to reassure us and to get us back on the road.
