  A fantastic and dope experience! I got the vehicle I wanted and then some at a more than fair price for a 2022 Mercedes. The salesman, Dwight DJ Nichols and his manager Ian were very well adept, courteous, and professional. Throughout the process, they "shot it to me straight" without trying to force additional "packages" (although I may swing through in the near future to purchase one or of those packages if it would be still available). I had not purchased a vehicle in 30+ years, so not only did this experience was very smooth and comfortable, but memorable as well. If you are in the market for a quality-used Benz, Charlie Barker of Virginia Beach is a most definitely must-see😀💪🏿💯🔥.

  Extremely disappointed by our experience. We brought in our Sprinter asking that a code check be done and asked them to evaluate and repair a VERY specific issue involving downshifting. We also asked them to take care of the state inspection. A couple items were needed from that inspection. We found out later that some of those items were recommended before the inspector ever looked at the vehicle. At the same time they recommended a few items be fixed to address the issue we first came in for, which we authorized. After over 3 weeks in the shop and more than $1800 they told us it was ready to be picked up. The vehicle didn't even make it 5 minutes from the shop when we realized the issue had not be fixed. We brought it right back. It took a week of constant calling to get someone to look at it. We were basically told that they didn't know what was causing the problem and that they had never taken it for a test drive before telling us it was ready to be picked up. When questioned about all of the issues with the way things were handled and the ridiculous cost for NOT fixing the problem we were told that a manager would have to get involved. We NEVER received a call and messages went unanswered. They lived up to every stereotype of shady mechanics. Shameful!!

  Brett was great , I paid for a new key fob but ended up finding my original key and he was able to refund me . He is so professional and sweet . Great customer service and so thankful he was able to help me .
