  I went in for a state inspection and diagnostic, and honestly, I left disappointed. As a single mother doing my best to keep everything together, maintaining a vehicle can already be stressful. The last time I visited, I had to leave because my children's school called. This time, I returned because the business was recommended by a trusted friend. I rearranged my work schedule, made arrangements for my children to be dropped off, and moved things around to make this appointment happen. So when my keys were returned and I was told that working on my car would be a waste of time, I was honestly fuming. I'm big on customer service, and that comment did not sit well with me. I understand that not every business can take on every repair, but there is a professional way to communicate that to a customer. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I actually had to ask for the $20 service I came in believing would be provided. I had to ask for the very service that could have given me information about my vehicle and helped me understand my next steps. It wasn't even offered before I was essentially dismissed. My understanding was that this business also performed repairs and could provide estimates. In my past experiences with inspections, I was given a list of issues and prices so I could make informed decisions and plan accordingly. Unfortunately, my experiences with mechanics in Virginia have included being overcharged and feeling taken advantage of. Those experiences have already made it difficult to trust people with my vehicle. That's why I was hopeful when a trusted friend recommended this business. I understand that businesses have the right to decline work. But I also believe customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and basic respect. I made arrangements for my children. I adjusted my workday. I showed up ready to pay for a service. And somehow, I still had to ask for that service to be provided. As a single mother, I am constantly balancing responsibilities and making decisions to keep my family going. I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was asking for a service, information about my vehicle, and the opportunity to decide what to do next. Customer service matters to me because people matter. You don't have to be able to fix every car, but you should be able to treat every customer with respect. And honestly, it's hard to overlook the experience when the comment wasn't just about my car being a waste of time. It made me feel as though my time didn't matter either.

  The owner and technicians are experienced, knowledgeable and solid workmanship. I had engine repair, injector, ignition and starter replacement performed with no issues after. I was also referred to auto body and transmission specialist to have work performed and all provided professional/same service as London Bridge Auto Service. Outstanding customer service/support. Thank you for you automotive service.

  Eric is very knowledgeable and did a great job on my car. His prices are very fair. My family has started taking their vehicles to him as well. We are all pleased with the work done.
