After 20 years of service you failed to put my oil cap on twice, you almost burned up my engine, and the last straw was on Monday after I returned from driving across the state all weekend…I visited for a top off on Friday before I left, on Monday I visited again for a quick engine check after putting 700 miles on the old car and I received attitude from the manager because he said he just topped it off. Then he said I needed to just do an oil change. But I still have 1000 miles before the required change. Sick of companies failure to provide understanding and service. It’s not worth the convenience.
