  As a retired couple we didn’t need our second car anymore so we made an appointment with the New Hall Used Car Outlet and Buying Center. What a perfect way to sell a car.   Kyle E and his running mate (Im sorry but I forgot his name) went out of their way to make the sale of my car as painless as possible even though DMV was involved, where nothimg is painless. When I was frustrated with DMV, Kyle was ableto come up with an alternative solution. The vehicle sale was predicated on the death of my spouse. Both of these fine gentlemen commiserated with me feeling an empathy of what I was going through. Which to be perfectly honest a feeling thatis sorely lacking in todays business world. If the situation arises in the future, I will definitely use Hall Aufo again. The praise is not just to the buyers but the entire staff. From the first i talked to all the way to Kyle, was nithinf but courgeous and helpful. To the managers, you have got a fantastic crew to work with. Let me close with a final thank you.
