Went to another place first and got online quotes from other car buying services and was very disappointed with the offers. Adam was great to work with at Hall Used Cars Buying Center and offered me a much better price for my jeep. Made it very easy and quick. Adam and Shawn were very friendly and easy to work with. Walked out with a check! Thanks guys. Definitely recommend Hall Car Buying Center over other car buyers. Go see them.

Courteous friendly service. He gave me a very fair price for the used car I was selling. He communicated clearly every step of the process.

I had a great experience completing my car sale with Shawn Lattimore. On the final day, his colleague Adam Ward also helped me, and I really appreciate both of them. Shawn is truly a kind and professional dealer. As a Korean customer whose English is not very good, I especially appreciated how patient, friendly, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. I’ve already recommended Shawn to my Korean coworkers, so I have a feeling he may be hearing from quite a few Koreans soon! Haha. If you’re looking to buy or sell a car, I highly recommend reaching out to Shawn. I’m sure you’ll have a great experience. Thank you so much, Shawn! I’ll actually be seeing you again in October, so see you very soon!

I had a wonderful experience at Hall Used Car Outlet, and I especially want to recognize Shawn and Adam for their outstanding customer service. From beginning to end, they were professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. I never felt pressured or rushed, which I truly appreciated. If you’re looking to sell a vehicle and want to work with people who actually care about their customers, I highly recommend Hall Used Car Outlet. Be sure to ask for Shawn and Adam — they made my experience a great one! Thank you both for taking such good care of me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
