  Bob Johns is the man! I’m currently mobilized on active duty, and he made the entire car-buying process easier than ordering from Amazon. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free, which I really appreciated given my situation. I’d absolutely buy another car from him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

  Ray Aiden was such a pleasure to meet and “do business with”. It certainly didn’t feel like doing business. He is so personable while being knowledgeable and professional. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend seeking him out if you ever need anything.

  Brian McCormick (A.K.A. "Uncle" Brian) (A.K.A. Secret Owner) made our car buying experience at Hall Toyota. He did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable through the entire experience. Now, he's not actually our uncle, but my wife and I would joke about it because of how comfortable he made us feel. It really felt like he went the extra mile to take care of us and get to know us along the way. He even shared stories with us about how he steered people different directions if he thought they were making a care based decision that wasn't best for their family. If we could, we would totally have Brian adopt us. As for the secret owner nickname we gave, it came from another inside joke my wife and I shared. He's an older gentleman who cares about the customers he's helping, but walks around like he owns the place. Regardless of what a google search shows you, we believe that Brian is the owner and just enjoys the game of car selling but also enjoys helping people through the process. He may have enjoyed golfing all day at some point, but probably missed the action of being on the floor, so he came back and is secretly a placed employee! (That's our running joke anyways... or is it?) The only bad thing, if you could call it that, was that Brian was so busy! He had so many people he was helping, it was amazing that we were able to get a spot at the table. Brian, I hope you the best and hope that our paths meet again, maybe some day on a golf course. Honorable Mentions: -Anthony Parker, Sales Manager (A.K.A. The Closer). Anthony helped us in between interactions with Brian when he was busy and also came out of the back when he was trying to get us across the finish line. Now, I for one have traditionally hated the "Closers" because they're usually pushy and don't know how to take a hint. BUT, Anthony was actually really nice and understanding. Keep doing that Anthony. -Peter Manikkam, Finance Manager (A.K.A. The Auctioneer). Ok, Peter can talk fast, so when you get to the part where you're ready to get to finance, be ready to listen intently or be ready to ask him to "say that again please." He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. When we needed to be out the door, he some how managed to speed things along faster! Major Props Peter. To anyone trying to buy a car. Go into it knowing what you want. Shop around at different dealerships (this wasn't our only stop, just the best one we found). Be ready to take a few days to complete this experience. Be patient. Be pushy. Don't accept the first offer. The dealership will always make money, so don't be afraid to walk away. Find "your" sales rep. It makes all the difference. Finally, make the right decision for "you" AND "your family." Thank you Hall Toyota for making our second car buying experience one to remember. And, we'll see you soon enough for that complimentary maintenance!

  We received a call that our parts were ready for pick up but when we go to pick them up they say they are out of power and have been for hours but why wasn’t that communicated??!?? We showed up at 2pm on Saturday banks were closed so we couldn’t pull the $2,202 cash out in time so we weren’t able to get our parts but if they communicated that we could’ve been able to go to the bank before they closed at 2pm.

  We took a used truck to them specifically to have it looked over for any issues before moving forward. Unfortunately, several problems that should have been identified during a basic inspection were missed. The truck had the wrong-size tires, the motor was going out on a floorboard, and there was an error code related to the gas cap that turned out to be a bad sensor. These were not minor issues, and discovering them after the inspection has now cost us more than $1,000 in additional repairs/fixes. We took the vehicle in expecting a thorough inspection so we could make an informed decision about what we were purchasing. Based on our experience, I would recommend getting a second opinion from another qualified shop rather than relying solely on their inspection.
