Hall Toyota did an exceptional job! Christopher Thoman was patient, informative, and knowledgable. Everything from our initial call on Thursday to purchasing the car from him 4 hours later was smooth. He is not pushy- he simply shows you the features on the vehicle, answers the questions you have, and allows you to make the decision without high pressure. He was even able to competitively shop for new insurance and beat my current insurance. Christopher is a wealth of knowledge. When shopping with him I felt confident. I am enjoying my new vehicle. Thank you Christopher and Hall Toyota.

They really took my deal seriously. Brian was extremely helpful and patient while we negotiated, and maintained his professional demeanor throughout. We went back and forth on the price point, and they ended up meeting my where I needed to be.
Amanda, the manager, helped by cutting straight to the point and heading my concerns. The website inventory exactly matched what they had on the lot, and was updated immediately when I drove off the lot with my new car.
Overall it was a productive and beneficial experience and I got exactly the car I intended to.
I will likely return for my next new car!

Today I purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander Limited, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. A big thank you to Sir Mike Manalo (Sales Manager), Antoine Whitted, and the Finance Manager who assisted us throughout the process.
They were all incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. They made sure every question we had was answered clearly and took the time to guide us through each step without any pressure. Their patience and genuine willingness to help made the whole buying experience smooth and stress-free.
It’s not every day you meet a team that truly cares about their customers, but they definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

The buying experience is fine...the support after the purchase is garbage. I bought a 2026 Sienna from Hall in March and the process was fine. I recently sent a request for clarification on the warranty since I have been inundated with mailings stating that I neglected to properly register my warranty. My assumption is that these are just spam/phishing/aftermarket type mailings, but I reached out to the dealership to make sure the dealership properly reported the purchase to Toyota and that my warranty is active. No response. I called and was instantly put into their voicemail system...which disconnected me twice before I was able to leave a message.
In the future, I would recommend going with a different dealership than Hall as they do not believe in supporting the customer AFTER you have given them your money. I will likely be doing any warranty work and maintenance with Checkered Flag as I no longer find Hall trustworthy.

This review should have been made about 2 months ago. Since purchasing my 2015 chevy silverado there has been nothing but issues with it. What makes this whole ordeal worse is the sales manager I had. Christopher Thoman has been nothing but a rude, heartless, and possibly the worst sales associate I have ever met in any regard. Not only will he tell you that any damages that they have caused while your vehicle is at their dealership is not their fault, but will also complain about his personal life while doing so.
First I had the truck for 7 calendar days in my possession, the first light rain I noticed an issue that they had not disclosed to me. The windshield had a leak at the top near the driver side. Not only was it frustrating to have a wet driver seat but the water had gone into the vents, speakers, and who knows what else. When I informed Christopher about it, not only did he exaggerate that they would not be fixing it, but also told me that he knew someone that could fix it for cheap. He insisted that the issue would have to be resolved by me, and Toyota would not be of any help. After multiple emails to someone higher than him they agreed that it would not be under my care to fix it. I took the truck into the dealership for them to fix the leak. They said they had replaced it. I asked for paperwork confirming the work, they said no. Christopher who is not a mechanic reassured me that the water did not cause any damage which I do not agree with and I will explain later. When getting the keys from Christopher I had informed him that my bed cover had been broken in their care. To this he said that it was not their fault and that things happen and I would have to repair it on my own. After a bit of an argument he had many words to say things happen that none of us account for and we just have to fix them ourselves. I had informed him that I will contacting a manager since he would be of no help in this case. While I was waiting at the dealership asking for a manager I saw him walk back into the store. I had informed him that I requested a manager and not him since he was of no help, just to be met with him saying that I could not talk to a manager. He went on a rant about how his vacation had been ruined by him missing a boat cruise and had to pay for a hotel and rental car out of pocket and that what we want as customers isn't what's going to happen. It took over an hour to have the chance to talk to a manager and all they said was that they would leave a note for the head of parts department and he would be in contact with me. I had to once again contact one of Toyota's managers to get this issue resolved and have a proper conversation about what was the issue.
And you may think this would be the end of it right? Wrong 2 months into owning this 2015 chevy silverado with 73000 miles on it I have more issues. In short the truck is inoperable, no crank no start multiple warning lights on the dash. I believe that the issues that I know are caused by the rain being able to get into the vehicle and overtime ruining the electronics in the dash. When I informed Christohper that it was having issues and has been in the shop for the last 7 days and asked if there would be a possibility of getting a loaner vehicle I was flatly denied. I understand that part, it is a privilege not a right to have a loaner vehicle. What they fail to understand is that I am a 3 year United States infantryman and am getting out due to medical conditions I have due to a deployment. It is important that I have reliable transportation for all of my appointments and daily commutes are not accessible without a vehicle. Even when I called today and asked Christopher for clarification of some of the paperwork he was incredibly rude, refused to be cordial and was short tempered.
All of this to say in summary I would never recommend dealing with this dealership purely based on my experience with Christopher. Everyone else I have dealt with at the dealership has been nothing but smiles and finding ways out to fix the issue at hand.
