  Really disappointed with my experience here. I was contacted while trying to sell my car and, from the beginning, I clearly explained the price range I was looking for. I also mentioned several times that the dealership was 35 miles away each way and that I didn't want to make a 70-mile round trip if my price expectations weren't realistic. I was repeatedly told to bring the car in for a quick inspection, with no indication that the price would be an issue. So I took a day off work, drove 70 miles round trip, and brought the car in. After inspecting it, they said the issues were only minor exterior things, but then offered me about half of what I had clearly told them I was looking for. The offer was even considerably lower than the KBB Instant Cash Offer. I completely understand that a dealer may value a car differently and isn't obligated to meet my asking price. That's not really the issue. The frustrating part is that I was upfront about my expectations and distance, and they could have simply told me beforehand that my price range wasn't going to work. A quick conversation upfront would have saved me a full day, a 70-mile drive, and a lot of time and effort. If you're considering selling your car here, I'd strongly recommend getting a realistic price range confirmed before making the trip or better avoid.

  Joel has been nothing but patient, knowledgeable, kind, and just a down to earth guy. This entire process has been great with Joel although a few bumps in the road and even moments that felt like buy buy buy outside of him he reeled everything back in with reassurance and knowledge.   Adam Fanning is a consummate professional. From the minute I met him, he was very welcoming. He took his time inspecting my vehicle and made a fair offer. He was extremely thorough with the process and explained every step clearly. Adam answered all of my questions and remained patient and calm throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Adam!

  If online it says you open at 8am then the store says you don’t open until 9am so I’m waiting outside until 9am then someone tells me everyone is in a meeting until 10am that makes zero sense at all and a huge waste of my time
