  Justin at Hall Nissan really changed my life. Before I met Justin I was walking everywhere barefoot in the rain surviving off gas station taquitos and sadness. But then Justin appeared and got me approved for a car so fast I think he bent space and time itself. The customer service was so good my credit score went up just from making eye contact with him. If Justin told me to buy another car tomorrow I probably would. Hall Nissan better give this man a raise immediately before l recruit him.

  I had a great experience working with Tucker Tammaro. From start to finish, Tucker and the team at Hall were very patient, professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I even had to bring my three and four year old grand babies with me, Tucker was incredibly understanding and kind the whole time.Tucker made what could have been a stressful experience, feel comfortable and easy. Tucker answered all my questions, never pressured me, and helped me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget.   We don’t usually write reviews, but Eric Osborne definitely deserves one. This is actually our fifth vehicle we’ve bought from him, which probably says a lot right there. He just makes the whole car-buying process feel easy and stress-free. He’s super knowledgeable but never pushy, and he really listens to what we’re looking for instead of trying to rush us into something. He always answers our questions honestly and makes sure we feel comfortable with everything before moving forward. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Honestly, buying a car can be stressful, but Eric somehow makes it smooth—and even enjoyable. We’re really happy with our new car and the whole experience. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, Eric’s your guy. Highly recommend!

  I have been a customer of hall Nissan for four years. All my service needs and purchased two vehicles there. The customer service I recieved today was awful. I booked an appointment to have my Chrysler looked at (which i bought from there) and was informed that the service had to be done at a Chrysler dealership. I understand they could not perform the service but when I asked why I wasnt informed of that when making the appointment, he said they didnt know it was a Chrysler. I told them they did and pulled my profile. Then it was because I called the call center. I did not. I called there directly. I just felt there was no responsibility for them dropping the ball in customer service. I had to cancel appointments and rearrange my son's schedule when had I known they couldn't fix it, I may have had other options. Heartfelt apologies go along way when a customer is spending money. Making it my fault I was inconvienced is not acceptable.
