  Kameran and the team are excellent at what they do! They worked hard to get me in a car that I truly love at a payment I can afford! The process was easy and straightforward.   Tracy Richards was an awesome salesperson! She spoke with knowledge and genuine interest when discussing Nissan Rogues. The entire team was personable and professional. AI tech with a human touch! No pushy anything, just real-life experience. The GM and Finance Mgr were just as awesome. I had to bring my special needs adult son, and the entire staff spoke to him and made sure my son mattered too. The building is like Thanksgiving dinner at home with a 10-star ballroom. I can't say enough about the great experience I had. I test drove a Rogue and was hooked immediately. My brother rode with us, and he was hooked and bought one too. We drove out with two Rogues and it was GREAT! Whatever financial or car issue you have, try online at Hall Nissan first. I went to Cargurus, Carmax, and others, and they all led me to the same place: Nissan VB Beach Bonney Rd. Thank you so much, everyone, at Hall Nissan Bonney Rd.   Tracy Richards was the absolute BEST! The entire Hall team was wonderful. The GM was very professional and down-to-earth at the same time. The finance Manager was also great! They were able to turn my upside-down 2010 broken vehicle into a new Rogue I fell in love with immediately. My sister test drove one the same day, and I rode along and decided right then that I needed this Rogue too! So we walked out of there with 2 Rogues, and it was by far the best hometown experience. No matter what you think your issues are with your car situation, please try Hall Nissan Virginia Beach Bonney Rd first. They respond on the internet, and they are the same in person, not just an AI experience. Real People. Thank you so much to Tracy Richards, The GM, Finance, The whole team treated us so well.   Nothing but quick talking sales people that will tell you anything to get you into their vehicle and then they got you from there. The sales person Giff acts like he will help you out then just passes you on to someone else who doesnt help you out. Ive had a 2024 nissa pathfinder for under 2 years and has 27000 miles on it. Ive had to replace the tires all 4 tires and now the break pads. Then all they do is throw a million excuses at you why their vehicles are trash. Never buy nothing from Nissan especially Bannister. May as well just stick to what you have it will cost you less to fix a part than buy something brand new and still have to fix the parts. Straight con artist type vibe from everyone you talk to rather its Eddie, Bryce, Giff and I'm sure they all were taught to be the same way pass you onto someone else that they say will help you but literally just passes you to the next. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING HERE!!!
