  I had a great experience at Hall Mazda! My salesperson, Abraham, made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I came in hesitant about making the deal and was honestly sad about saying goodbye to my Honda, but Abraham helped me find exactly what I wanted a brand-new 2026 Mazda CX-5 Premium Plus in Aero Gray. The buying process was easy, and I never felt pressured. After the purchase, Francisco took the time to walk me through all of the vehicle’s features and technology, which I really appreciated. Like any brand new vehicle with lots of technology, I had a couple of questions about some of the features. Even on what seemed like a busy service day, Abraham and Francisco were both willing to help and made sure my concerns were addressed. So far, I absolutely love my new CX-5 and haven’t been disappointed. The customer service has been excellent, and I have no complaints. Thank you to Abraham, Francisco, and the Hall Mazda team for making this such a positive car buying experience! Abraham is the go too 100/10 ⭐️ & if you don’t know about your tech features Francisco is the man 100/10 ⭐️

  We just arrived to Virginia and went here to look at vehicles. Betty is amazing and was patient, understanding and knowledgeable in showing us vehicles without pressuring us to buy a car. Unfortunately we did not like the new Mazdas but were really impressed with her knowledge and customer service. If you go there please take a moment to see her. If we liked the the new cx5 we definitely would of gotten it with her. It's a great car just not a fan of touch screens.

  Absolutely lovedddddd Bryan. Very knowledgeable, funny, and very patient. I highly recommend him!!! As soon as you walk in the door, literally just ask for him! He made the process smooth and answered all my questions.

  Had to post a review because buying from this team was the most pleasant car-buying experience I've had, despite the hurdles I ran into from my end. Tl;dr - If you're looking for a Mazda dealer, even out of state, look no further. You found em. Recently purchased a CPO Mazda 3 Hatchback Turbo from them, which is great by the way. But the car wasn't what made me type this review out. It was how my bank royally, through sheer incompetence, screwed me over, and the Hall Mazda VA Beach team did everything in their power to make sure I was taking care of me. During the whole process they were straight forward. From what I could see, no weird shady sales tactics, and they did due diligence. They worked with me and were patient during the whole process. Isaiah the front-man was with me from beginning to end and showed strong customer-facing skills, as well as strong teamwork skills. He knew how to communicate and who to involve when something was outside of his area. I imagine other sales-people just hand the customer off so they can handle other things, but when I was struggling, Isaiah was there making sure I was taken care of no matter who was primary on my issues. When I was on the phone with my bank with James (also an all-star), Isaiah was sitting right there. I measure a business not by the kind of deal they give me, but their level of service and willingness to work with me. I have called up a number of dealers around the country to find the car I wanted and found that a lot of places were hard to work with. Most were up front and told me they needed to meet a margin and due to x, y, and z they didn't want to do business because I was out of state, using my own financing, or both. When some of my options fell through, this team worked with me to come up with a solution when they didn't have to. At any point they could've said "no, this is too much work" (which was also an excuse I got, I kid you not) and I wouldn't be in the car I've wanted for a while. In an auto-market that has been deemed to be filled with bad people, I feel fortunate to find a dealership like this. I would also like to give special thanks to Brandon, James, and Trent. You guys are cool and were a big help!
