  Hi, my sales lady was Christy and she's excellent. I've dealt with her before and she was more help this time than she was the first time which is great. She got me a deal and better deal than what the first one I had. So thank you for having such great employees.

  I had a great experience at Hall Mazda. My sales rep was Isaiah Keene. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I walked in knowing what I wanted in a new vehicle and he helped me secure that option, even though it wasn't on the premises -- it had to be ordered from another dealership. He helped me fill out paperwork, set up the My Mazda app, answered my questions about features in the vehicle, and even delivered the vehicle to me because I was working long hours and could not make it into the dealership! I'm thankful for his great salesmanship because it made my purchase stress-free.... Thank you, Isaiah!

  I purchased a 2026 CX-50 Hybrid at Hall Mazda, and my experience was great. They respected my preference to communicate via email until I was ready to purchase and were very accommodating. My sales person Abraham Brown made to the process very smooth and pain-free. He was very responsive and didnt play any games. My experience with Francisco the Delivery Coordinator was also excellent, he made sure I understood and was comfortable with all the various systems and technology in the car before I drove away. I will certainly revisit Hall for any future purchases after my experience

  I love my new Mazda and everyone here at the Virginia Beach location was amazing in helping me make my first big girl purchase so seamless! I felt very comfortable and in good hands as a first time young girl car buyer. A special shoutout to Matthew B for his undeniable positivity, knowledge, professionalism and honesty throughout the purchasing experience! He made sure to explain all details about the papers i was signing and all the fun features about the car. It felt like i was talking to a friend it was so easy. You rock Matthew, keep up the great work!! So glad I went with Mazda for my new car, these vehicles are stunning and really give you that luxury feeling minus the huge price. Features are top notch even for the Sport trim. I feel that this car will be super reliable and safe. Thank you Mazda VB!!!
