  My wife and I went there on a Sunday to just look around. I was introduced to Jorden and I also told him that I was just looking around to continue my homework on what mazda my wife and I want to buy in the future. He was outstanding along with other staff we came in contact with. There was no pressure or anything. When my wife and I do decide to get a vehicle, we are definitely coming back to get our vehicle. We just have to decide on who will win the choice between my wife and I. I want the CX-30 and my wife wants the CX-50. My wife will most likely get what she wants 🙂

  On July 25, 2026, purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-50 Preferred from Hall Mazda. Our salesperson, Jordan Noriega, Internet Sales Manager, Vicky Andries and the rest of the staff were very professional during our visit. We agreed upon a sales price before my arrival, which eliminated any confusion and facilitated the buying process. I would highly recommend Hall Mazda based on my outstanding buying experience.

  Francisco and Abraham that's so much. They were very professional person of all knowledgeable, extremely helpful. And I was very pleased with the service and the information that they provided me. And I will pass that on to friends and relatives. And let them know that this dealership is well run by excellent employees.

  Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from one of their Service Team members, John Mleczyncki. I went in to have my vehicle's oil change and this BRUTE Service representative YELLS at me asking if I was there to only have my oil change!!! What a shocking and disappointing experience from a member of their service team to be greeted with such disdain and disrespect towards their long time customers.

  I'm keeping the original review below but I'll add onto why I changed it to 5 stars. Since this morning I worked with Abraham and Richard looking at a bunch of different deals, they understand just because one vehicle didn't work out it doesn't have to be the end. Showed that they cared and in the end I'm going to be leasing a brand new CX-90. This is why you should keep an open mind because one bad individual should not be the entire experience. Very happy with the results and cannot wait to pick it up. Fernando's ego is enough to even make a texas belt buckle blush. Abraham was great to work with, albeit cut short because I wanted to continue looking into the Mazda suvs, but Fernando had to throw a temper tantrum because he had to work for 10 minutes. Meanwhile I had to drive an hour there and back. I leave empty handed but I'll sleep well tonight knowing Fernando would never see a penny from my wallet.
