    The stars are mainly due to not executing on what was originally told was approve. Was suppose to be a two car deal. My wife was able to get her car. “Rest assured “ your car will be completed in the next few days. About 10 hrs of my time waisted when they already knew they couldn’t help me. I just wish people in the car industry can learn to keep it 100 and respect people’s time and lives. Be sure to get things in writing and signed!

    Pros: Upon entering the dealership, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Car buying process was smooth with Sera and Emily (for the most part). My car was filled with gas and washed. Cons: Inside of my car was not cleaned at all. Floor mats were dirty and old food was found between seats. Car came with dealer warranty but when I called about an issue that arised with my car, as of now, I’ve received no return call and it’s been a week. So now I’m feeling like it’s being pushed so I can be told it’s past the 30 days.

    My sales representative Emily and DJ was very welcoming, helpful and attentive to my needs and wants when purchasing & searching for a vehicle that I was trading in .The car was absolutely horrible that I was trading.I was very impressed with the outcome was very nervous during the whole process but everything worked out and turned out better than what I was expecting ....thanks to Emily and DJ and the whole Honda crew for everything!!! See you guys in a year :)

    I went for a 5-10 min service the other day and when I got my car back the dash cam was unplugged. I only realized when there was an incident in front of me and I try to gather the footage to show and help out but I couldn't because it was unplugged. I never experienced this before when I got my car back. I do not understand why they did it or really why they did not put it back. Do you know rude it is to touch and unplug somebody thing and not put/plug it back in. I won't even be upset if they would have just put it back but the fact that they unplugged it and just left it like that was a bit rude and if something would have happened directly to me and I could not use my dash cam to show what had happened because they was to touch and unplug things and not put it back. It a good thing that it happen in front of me and not to me. Either way if they are going to unplug something they should put it back the way they found it not just leave what ever they have done how ever pick up and put back your mess. Aside from that they are good/ ok
