  Mohamed- I had a great experience working with this salesman! He was very helpful, patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He never made me feel pressured and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right vehicle.   I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hall Honda trading in my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder for a brand\-new 2026 Honda Ridgeline\! A huge thank you to Jay and Mohamed for making the entire process such a positive experience\! From start to finish, both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with\. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Jay and Mohamed made the experience easy, comfortable, and actually fun\! I never felt pressured or rushed, and I truly appreciated the time and attention they gave me throughout the process\. They made sure my questions were answered, my concerns were addressed, and that I felt confident and excited about my purchase\. What really stood out to me was the customer service\.   I had a great experience at the Honda dealership, and I really appreciate Betsy and Isabella for all their help! They made the process of getting my new car smooth, easy, and stress-free.   Last time I was there for service they did a simple Oil change, in which the tech tightened my oil filter to tight breaking the seal and caused my oil to leak out alllll over and I live 40 mins from the dealership. The service dept. tried to make me drive it back in to fix it, risking my brand new Honda to have a seized engine, thankfully Honda roadside came and towed it…Against my better judgment I returned for a state inspection, I had an appt. for which I was a little early for the person who checked me in had a major attitude like I’m bothering her!! Says “it’s a 2 hour wait”, and sends me on my way, no good morning, no hello, NOTHING, I finally get finished and leave only to realize that my inspection sticker hasn’t been filled out!!! I go BACK and I’m told it doesn’t need to be and they send me on my way (despite Va state.gov website saying the sticker isn’t valid without being filled out)….I’ve purchased 3 vehicles with Hall, and this will be my very last dime and time spent in any of your dealerships!!
