  I recently had my 2015 Chrysler 200 serviced here and wanted to recognize the excellent customer service I received. I was initially frustrated and concerned about the repair process, After being switched to a different service advisor KASEY PRASS my experience improved tremendously. KASEY is very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She kept me informed throughout the repair process and made what started as a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I also want to recognize the manager JASON MAYS who was very attentive to my concerns and took the time to ensure I felt heard throughout the process. That level of customer care made a big difference and helped restore my confidence during what was a stressful repair experience. While unexpected car repairs are never fun, I appreciated the transparency, communication, and professionalism I received once I was connected with the right team. My 2015 Chrysler 200 is running great, and I’m thankful for the care and attention given to both me and my vehicle.

  My husband brought our renegade to these guys to have them take a look at it and it came back worse than when we dropped it off. After we hit a puddle and the car wouldn't turn over my husband had done some work on it himself before bringing it to them to look at it, one of these repairs he did himself was the starter. Brand new fresh outta the box starter, my husband told them he had done this repair himself along with other repairs and they said they would look at it. After about a week they said they needed to replace the starter and said ours was bad, we said ok go ahead and about another week later they contact us saying they replaced the starter and the engine is locked and they quoted us 10k for a new engine. We said nope, not interested and my husband eventually came to pick up the car. He shows up and they tell him that the dash is freaking out now and it's basically not working, they drained our battery.... My husband asked for his starter that he put in the car and they said they sold it! Didn't ask, didn't tell him ahead of time, just sold it. My husband goes in and talks to someone at the desk and bring these things up to them and is clearly upset. Thankfully they dropped our price down from 1300 to 1000, but none the less I brought my car to them to fix it and they made it worse.
