  My husband and I just purchased a Chevy Tahoe last weekend from Dee Mcintyre. We absolutely love it. The service we received here was hands down the best. We loved how everyone was more down to earth. We didn’t feel pressured or that anyone tried to up sell us.   This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Hall with Benjamin Stewart’s help. We specifically returned to him because we had such a great experience with our first purchase. Benjamin provides excellent customer service, is responsive and knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand what you’re looking for. He went above and beyond to help us find exactly the vehicle we wanted and made the entire process easy. We really appreciated Benjamin’s help and had another great experience with Hall.

  Since I’ve been helping my mother take care of her vehicle, Mrs. Wendy has gone above and beyond for us with each interaction. She is so helpful-she even assists with my mom when she comes on appointments visits, shows honest traits, and is also knowledgeable about anything I had questions about.   I had a great experience working with Phil Causey in the service department! He got me in and out quickly and was excellent with communication throughout the entire process. He was very responsive, kept me updated, and gave great advice on the services my Jeep needed without making me feel pressured. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely ask for Phil again in the future!

  I want to take a moment to recognize Cornelius Scott for the outstanding customer service he showed yesterday. It was a hectic situation involving someone very important to me who, unfortunately, due to a medical condition, was trying to make a decision that really wasn’t in their best interest at the time. Cornelius was extremely patient, honest, and understanding throughout the entire situation. What stood out to me the most was that although he is obviously motivated to sell vehicles, he showed that he has a heart and that making a sale wasn’t more important than doing the right thing. He never tried to take advantage of the situation or pressure anyone just to make money. Instead, he listened, worked with me, and handled everything with respect and compassion. I truly appreciate Cornelius for not only being good at his job, but for being a good person. Character and integrity mean a lot, especially when money is involved. I’m a Dodge guy myself, and when the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely remember Cornelius and look for him first. He earned my respect and potentially a future customer simply by doing the right thing. Thank you, Cornelius. Your professionalism, patience, understanding, and integrity did not go unnoticed.
