  Chris was absolutely fantastic helping us purchase our Mazda3.   I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Hall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Virginia Beach, especially with Dom Carter over on the used car side! From the very beginning, Dom had an incredible attitude, was super knowledgeable, and you could instantly tell he’s been doing this for years. He made the entire process feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. He helped get me into the RIGHT Jeep for my needs and gave me an excellent value on my trade-in as well. What really stood out to me was how genuine and non-pushy he was throughout the entire process. Even when things started feeling a little pressured from management, Dom reassured me that everything would happen on my time and that he was there whenever I was ready. Honestly, that level of respect and patience is what made me comfortable enough to move forward and close the deal. That kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays. I’ll absolutely be back in the future and will definitely be recommending friends and family to ask for Dom directly. Thank you again for making car buying actually enjoyable!

  I have purchased and leased 4 vehicles over the last 5 years, and I can confidently say that Hall Dealership provides an experience that is unmatched anywhere else. From Service to Sales, this is the place to go. Kasey Prass is the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with. She cares, she listens, she is knowledgeable, and she is always respectful. She consistently makes the customer feel heard and supported. Simply put — if she leaves, I leave and will service my vehicles elsewhere. Chris Tomes is hands down the best sales leader I have worked with at any dealership. He knew more about the Ram truck I purchased than the manual itself. He was patient with every question, understood the process, and truly understood what I wanted as a customer. There were no games, no pressure, just clear and honest communication. I will absolutely go back — but only to him. See you in October Chris! Eric Houser is the reason I returned to Hall in the first place. He was my prior sales leader and, even after being promoted to Sales Manager, he still took the time to work with me personally and connect me with Chris. That level of leadership and customer commitment matters. These three individuals are the reason Hall stands apart. They create a level of professionalism, trust, and customer care that is difficult to find today.

  I had an excellent car buying experience working with Izzy. From the beginning, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Even with a small hiccup regarding the credit application process (despite me arriving with a pre-approval), he handled everything calmly and efficiently, and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything was ultimately resolved smoothly. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and feel confident in the deal I received. I would definitely recommend working with Izzy to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

  I had a very smooth experience with getting my car serviced here! I arrived earlier than my scheduled and they were still willing to take my car in which was awesome. I love that they provide a video summary with a built in AI feature that breakdown everything they did to the car, inspected, and any possible repairs or maintenance that might be needed. Wendy Hodges was the person assisting me with any of my car questions and she was very delightful and super helpful, and did not make me feel pressured to pay for any services that my car did not immediately require. I will definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you guys for being a great team!
