  I had a really great experience at Hall Acura purchasing my Acura RDX. Matt Richardson was amazing to work with! He was patient with me, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. There were a lot of things I didn’t know, and he took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood the process. Everything went smoothly, and I’m truly thankful to Hall Acura for giving me the opportunity to get back on track with my credit and into a reliable vehicle that I’m very happy with. I’ve only had my RDX for a couple of days, but so far I absolutely love it! Thank you, Matt, for making this experience so easy and comfortable. I definitely hope to be a long-time Hall Acura customer! ❤️

  Just got an alternator replaced on my car not even 2year it has went out when I called about it they told me only if it was remanufactured that a warranty was good which doesn’t make sense how something that can last 5-10 years go out in 1 overall customer experience was not the best for me also told me it was covered but the labor would be 475 almost 500 for something I paid 326 on with the part wouldn’t recommend if you are getting car serviced

  I cannot say enough great things about Hall Acura! From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. Everyone I interacted with was professional, I’m friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of ESPECIALLY Demitreis. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. I never felt pressured or rushed, and they went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. The level of customer service was outstanding. Hall Acura has absolutely earned my business and my recommendation. If you’re looking for an Acura or just want to deal with a dealership that actually treats its customers right, go to Hall Acura! I would gladly give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you to the entire team for such an incredible experience!

  I had a great experience working with Davonte, my service advisor at Hall Acura. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire service process. He kept me informed about what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s clear that Davonte genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. His communication and customer service really stood out to me. I would definitely recommend Davonte to anyone needing service at Hall Acura. Great job!

  I got my car through Matt at Hall Acura and it was an absolute dream! Matt is incredibly kind and patient, not too pushy and listens really well to your needs. I generally HATE car shopping because car salesmen can be incredibly pushy and in your face but the process with Matt was very smooth and no pressure. Definitely ask for him if you’re thinking about purchasing a new vehicle! :)
