  Thank you Lawrence P. and team for assisting me with the purchase of my RDX. The process was very smooth and transparent. This is my first Acura and Lawrence took his time to explain every feature available in my car and made sure I knew how to use them and that I was comfortable driving on the road. A lot of people probably don't know a lot of features in their cars, but a good car salesmen like Lawrence will make sure you know them! Thank you guys again!

I walked in with a difficult situation, honestly not thinking anything could be done, and walked out with far more than I ever expected. Matt made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.   Let me start by saying these past 6 months have been some of the most stressful months of my life so far. I got into a total loss accident at the beginning of this year and was stuck with no car and little to no money to buy another. I spent these past 6 months saving money and looking for cars but everything is so expensive nowadays. I finally found what I thought was a good deal at a dealership, but there was undisclosed body damage and they refused to come down on the price of the car. Feeling defeated, my significant other suggested I go to Hall Acura to look at a Nissan Sentra. I decided to give it a shot because it wouldn’t hurt to look, and that was the best decision I’ve made this year. Joseph Pethick met me and my significant other + FIL outside in the lot with a smile and a handshake. Asked me what I was looking For and I told him about the Sentra. He got me in the drivers seat for a test drive within five minutes of arriving. He told me to feel free to test everything but the airbags and I certainly did. This car was solid as hell. When we got back to the dealership, we went inside to talk numbers. I expressed my concern for the price of the car because it was a little outside of my price range. Before I could finish my sentence, his manager (I’m assuming) came to me with an amazing deal. Almost $2000 off the car with dealership and DMV fees included. I felt so happy I wanted to cry. Throughout the entire process Joseph and the rest of the team at Hall Acura made me feel secure with my purchase and happy with my decision. Any question I had was answered honestly and I felt like I wasn’t just another customer, but more like family. They even helped me find the best priced insurance coverage for the car. By the end of the transaction it had only been a couple hours. I’d like to say thank you to Hall Acura and especially thank you to Joseph. I recommend this dealer if you want something reliable and sturdy, while still being affordable.

  Very nice people and very good service. I bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander for a good price and the only problem it had was the trunk wouldn’t open. They fixed it for free and in a very timely manner. Very respectful great people seems to be family owned I’d recommend 10/10 wish them success. God bless you.
