He was a no BS person, and didn't try to play the game. Had keys and plates and vehicle ready. Had the worksheet done when I returned. Let me leave, no pressure or tactics. When advertised price dropped, he reached out to let me know. The purchase was complicated on my end but he was patient, the business office efficient and Matt was honest and professional.
