  had my car for testing me that they would check the wiring harness kept my car for extra days told me I had a bad pcm took my car to tidewater they changed the wire in the harness lmao.

  Rude and unprofessional. Turned away after arriving at 8:00am to get a car inspection. Was told that they have no time to complete a 20.00 car inspection and I should go somewhere else to get it done.

  Charged me $1000, did not fix the problem, jacked up front wheel alignment when replacing a part and then left the wheel cover off so that I could jack it up myself to put back. Went in with an electronic throttle control issue. After $1K work, they assured me that the problem was taken care of. The day before my daughter’s wedding, My son and my 4 month old granddaughter were stranded on the side of a no shoulder country road in Appalchia due to…….electronic throttle control. Do NOT recommend!

  I brought my vehicle to get the speed calibration tested. The results were impossible as I intentionally changed the tire size to increase my circumference by just over 7% the factory configuration. I went to the competition down the street and it was more accurate on what the circumference increase should have reflected. I understand they just wrote down what was on their device but either the device was off or the procedure was incorrect. It truly is an impossible scenario to have no offset in speed displayed on the speedometer to the actual speed with a circumference increase of 7.1% on the tires. The staff was great and professional but had to give the 1 star as this was not acceptable for payment of service. I am only not recommending the calibration service as the shop seems pretty well for mechanical/electrical services they provide.
