  Honestly was embarrassing. I went in a little earlier than my reservation and went to the front desk.i checked in and while there’s multiple cars available, and I’m here before multiple reservations, I’m still told to wait. After what seems about 30 minutes of me standing, I was called back over to see if I was “checked in” just to be told I won’t be able to get a car with bullshit reasons. And not only that, a customer refused a separate car they offered to them, I asked about it just paying for an upgrade, and I was essentially ignored for my request and was treated like I wasnt in the room. That also doesn’t include the multiple cars they had available, they were just not giving me the time or day. I was just being pushed to the side until they had an excuse to tell me to leave. Would not recommend this place.

  The staff was friendly and made it so easy for me to rent from them. I will definitely come back, service was perfect.

  Customer service was great, but the wipers on the car were worn. Did not work well at all!

  Enterprise has to be just one of the worst companies in America. It's just shocking how bad it is. They let you waste all your time thinking that you're renting a vehicle online, but they almost never ever have the vehicle available. It's so utterly insanely ridiculous dealing with this company.
