  I am updating my previous review. The shuttle driver who picked me up was most pleasant and professional, and when I arrived and told Dijon I had an appointment that I could not be late for, he quickly expedited my check-in and exceeded my expectations by helping me link my phone and showed me the key features needed for the car so I could be on my way. Truly, they exceeded my expectations and the slight delay in picking me up concerned me initially, but they met the mark!!! Yes indeed, I would use Enterprise again and all of the staff in this location were friendly, professional and top notch!!!

  Great team at the 5329 vb blvd, we went to the other location first and after several minutes and 4 employees passed us without acknowledging us we made a great decision to go to this one. We got 7seater first and even though we thought we can work it around with so many car seats we could t, next day Jaime helped us so quickly and got us 8 seater! We are so thankful. That location has a great vibe

  Let me start by saying this review is not a review of all Enterprise locations just this particular location. I have spent plenty of money and rented from this location on several numerous occasions and have NEVER experienced the rudeness and non customer service as I experienced recently. Not only did they try to rent me a car that smelled like a smokehouse but they gave me the keys and as soon as I go to pull off they tell me that I have to pay a 50 dollar deposit .She then proceeds to tell the manager that I cursed u dam right I cursed this should have been explained up front. Please take your business to Hertz or another location. These people need more customer service training for sure!!!

  The employees were good; talk to me with respect. Mr Darian or Dadrian, short young black guy with glasses & mini like a small Afro (maybe small dreds) was so good, articulate, good service. God bless & keep that man in Jesus name. The young lady, upon my return the car was also nice. “God bless all of you & business; Holy Father in heaven, protection, provision, restoration and salvation for yall & your families/ love ones by Lord Jesus Christ our resurrected (by God) , we believe, receive, repent from all sins; in Jesus name hallelujah amen.”
