- K1Kev 18May 7, 20261.0Booked a reservation a month out. I booked it early in the morning as well. Employee called me stated that the vehicle i was supposed to get had a issue. They also stated that once they get another vehicle in from another location i would get a call. Guess what on mother’s day weekend, when i booked everything in advance, I didn’t not get that phone call. How does this happen with a month in advance notice? This is also like my fourth time this happened to me at this location. Absolutely insane smh. At least let the customer know whats going on…terrible!

Very helpful. I would highly recommend the enterprise on Virginia Beach Boulevard in Virginia Beach very professional people they’ll even come and pick you up and drop you off if you don’t have a way to get to and from your house to get the rental.

The manager helped us and it seemed like he was having a bad day or something because the customer service was not on par. The young guy who got us into the car was pleasant at least. Think I’ll try and go somewhere else next time I rent a car.

Staff are exceptionally courteous and responsive. Always greeted warmly. Vehicles are clean and drive with no problems. Princess Anne 23456 office is the Best! Repeat customer over many years.
