  Owner and employees here are clueless. Every other branch I’ve contacted has been way more competent than this one. Steer clear.

  The worse enterprise manager ever name Luke. Let’s start by saying I called them 15 minutes before they was suppose to pick me up from a collision place dropping my car off. For them to pick me up a hr later. Then I get to them location Laskin for them to put me in a small Mazda when I was suppose to have a midsize SUV. I asked him if we can check other locations he said no. This is what he was offering me I was clear upset and mad. He asked to do a walk around of the vehicle so I pulled my phone out and did a video of the car because that’s easier and you here me in the video saying this is the worse enterprise. Well Mr.luke didn’t like me saying that so he decided he didn’t want to rent me a vehicle not only did he not rent me a vehicle he decided to tell all local enterprises not to rent to me either. Yes I was upset but I was not disrespectful towards him. Since he has the power to do that he will. Which is crazy I specifically told him I can not fit kids and car seats in the backseat. He clearly didn’t care because it wasn’t him. Enterprise needs to do better with the way they train and their associates communicate with customers. Made me miss a appointment that took a month to get just because he didn’t want to check other enterprises but definitely reached out to them so they wouldn’t rent to me. Stay away from enterprise at least this location.

  The booking experience was easy, but when I went to pick up my car that they email and text me about daily, I was informed that none of Virginia Beach has electric cars and the sales associate didn’t know why that was an option on their website. I was given a midsize SUV without any option to change the car because they were closing and didn’t have any other cars to offer me. They did tell me the cars were both the same price, was surprising because I paid an increased charge for an electric car. I called customer service that day to ask about a one way trip or review my options and was hung up on after being transferred to another department after 10 minutes of waiting. The next day I called back and gave all my information along with what happened and was never called back after being told my problem was “being escalated”. When I went to return my car a few days later, in their parking lot was the exact car that I reserved charging at an electric car charging port, so apparently there are electric cars in Virginia Beach. Will probably never recommend this business, I really wish I just used Turo for my car rental.

  I give Enterprise an 11 if 10 is the highest you can go for satisfaction. The employees, though younger, were so incredible and knowledgeable. Everyone deserves a raise!
