  Set up an appointment yesterday afternoon to pick up a rental today, my insurance approved it and I asked if I could switch from one location to the other. I get to my appointment, the man tells me they have nothing for me today. WHY did you make my appointment yesterday, same man too??! Wasted my time and gas, do not go here. They will yank you around and waste your time.

  Friendly staff and I’ve never had an issue with shortage of inventory like some other locations.

  We had a rental reservation for this morning set up by the insurance company for an auto repair. They were supposed to meet at the auto body shop at 8am. I was told I would receive a phone call about 30 minutes prior to confirm they would be meeting there. No one ever called and I was not able to call them since the office is closed at that time. I wasn’t able to get through to anyone until 8am. I asked if they were at the body shop and they said no, they were waiting for my call. I advised I was told someone said they’d call me and I was told that’s not how they operate, despite literally telling me these exact instructions just days before. It took them 40 minutes to arrive at the shop with the rental car, despite only being 10 minutes away from there. They actually came to the body shop and picked up another customer instead of my husband. Even though we were promised someone would be there at 8am. It makes no sense why he was left there for 40 minutes until someone came back for him. My husband was very late getting to work due to this. I’ve tried calling to speak to a manager and someone just keeps hanging up on me. So unprofessional. This location is always a pain. We’ve rented personally from them in the past, showed up and they didn’t even have our car. I’d avoid them at all costs. Horrible customer service.

  I had a great experience with my rental through this branch. Dalton was very thorough with me and answered any questions I had about the vehicle and my rental terms. Excellent service and job well-done, Dalton.
