  I'm purchased a chevrolet malibu from enterprise car sales on August 22th 2025, to be honest with I am not hundred percent satisfied with this vehicle at this point because I feel like that I was sold a lemon because this cost me a lot of money even though I have a warranty for this vehicle but the warranty covered certain things so what the warranty didn't covered I had to come out of my pocket and get this vehicle fix, here are the things that I had to repair for this 2023 chevrolet malibu lt, Starter that costs me $369.99, Battery $338.11, tires $516.96, $156.10Automatic transmission fluid replace, $419.22 Fuel Injection flush, wheel balance and Front end alignment, $267.36 Spark Plug, I already spend $2,069.00 and I only have this vehicle only 9 months and this is all the money that I put out for this vehicle, I'm on a fixed income, but after I been through all this vehicle and I'm not going purchased any vehicles from enterprise car sales anymore after all this stuff I have to pay out. I'm will like to be reimburse the money I had to put out $2,069.00

  Irvin Roberts was super personable, respectful, highly knowledgeable throughout my car buying process. He walked me through the entire process, and put me in a car that I was originally interested in. There were no sales tactics, or beat around the bush purchasing tricks. He answered all of my questions with swift responses, and met all of my needs by making it feel like a seamless experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking to buy a car in a non- stressful environment. All of the employees were welcoming as well, along with the manager who greeted me as I came in. Irvin was awesome to work with, and like I said I would highly recommend him to all of my friends in the future. Awesome place and even better people, no complaints!

  My experience with Enterprise Car Sales was outstanding, largely because of Quintin Spady and Blake Joyner. From the moment I arrived, their friendliness immediately stood out and made me feel comfortable. They greeted me with genuine smiles and created a welcoming environment that took away the usual stress of car shopping. Throughout the process, they were patient, approachable, and always willing to help without any pressure. Quintin and Blake took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made sure I understood all my options. Their positive attitudes and kindness made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It felt less like a business transaction and more like working with people who truly cared about helping me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.
