Don’t tell me that everything is good to go, I had been approved by the bank, and I can come in and sign the documents on a car only to get here, NOT speak to me (Quinton) and put me off on someone else (Irving) who knew NOTHING about my application. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE DO BETTER. The customer service is horrendous. Even when the other guy told Quinton that I had questions he wouldn’t even take five seconds to speak or say I would be right with you. I understand you all work on commission but that was the worst experience I have ever had in my ENTIRE life.
