  We cannot recommend Tommy, Kris and the Mercedes-Benz Commercial team highly enough. They genuinely care about their customers and understand how important it is to keep a business moving. One of the main reasons we originally chose to purchase from them was their exceptional customer service and their promise that, if our vehicle ever needed service, they would help ensure we had a loaner so our business could stay on the road. They absolutely followed through on that promise. Tommy personally made sure a loaner vehicle was ready for us and even drove us from the service lot back to the commercial dealership. That level of care, communication, and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. We will absolutely be repeat customers and highly recommend this team to anyone considering a Sprinter or other Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles.

I was very satisfied with how Kris, Doug, and Tommy helped tour me around the Sprinter lot to find exactly what I needed. They are very kind and knowledgeable on the ins and outs of Sprinter vans.
