- BPBrian PerkinsMay 5, 20265.0Went to buy a new battery, and "ZL" was very polite and professional. He helped me test and verify that my problem was the battery and not a faulty starter. Then walked me through the purchase options, and even removed the old, and reinstalled the new battery for me. I was more than capable of doing the work myself, and even brought my own tools to do the job in the parking lot. But I appreciated the service and extra hand getting the job done. I wasn't expecting this level of service, and he even made sure the car started right up without issue before going back inside. 5 star review!
