  Me and a friend were working on his 2024 BMW and mind you a newer car like that, especially BMW, had difficulty finding replacement parts. We were working on a rear electronic parking brake and midway through the job the brake piston became stuck out. Carter had went out of his way to show us how to take apart the piston and showed us the whole mechanism. He then guided us to fixing the problem and teaching us both along the whole way. He said he's only been there for 2 weeks. I've never been to an auto parts store with the kind of service Carter provided. Usually they don't care and just try to get you to spend more money and scam you, but Carter had a perfect understanding of how things worked and he found the solution for the job.

  We are from Ohio and the gentlemen that helps us this evening was great. We are driving a rental vehicle and the wipe blade doesnt work stopped here and he wasn't able to fix it but we got a solution to fix it. But it got us back on the road.

  I started going here out of convenience of location, but over time came to appreciate the staff at this specific location. Always friendly, always helpful. Definitely want to give a shout out to Dylan! I was busting knuckles on a seized CV for an '04 4Runner. From his own experience, a tie-rod pry bar always gets the job done. You saved me hours of pain Dylan. Worked like a charm. Thanks again!

  I have to say, Benjamin, the manager at this location, truly went above and beyond. He was the first employee here who actually took the time to help me. He even came outside and helped me replace my windshield wipers, which meant a lot because in the past, other employees weren’t willing to assist. Honestly, I came into the store prepared to figure it out myself with YouTube before even asking anyone for help. But Benjamin noticed and stepped in right away, offering his help without hesitation. Because of him, I saved $145 today. This location really needs more people like Benjamin. On top of his excellent customer service, he’s also a veteran, and it shows in the way he carries himself—with respect, professionalism, and care for everyone who walks through the door. Benjamin treats everyone the same and delivers A-1 customer service, no matter who you are. Thank you again for your help, and may God continue to bless you and your family.
