This was actually my second stop after not getting the answers I needed elsewhere, and Nick went above and beyond to help diagnose the problem and point me in the right direction. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. He was patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. I really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend asking for Nick if you need assistance!
- KCKathleen C.May 2, 20265.0I want to the store the other night within 1 hour of it closing. I needed windshield washer fluid. The kind, young man helped me find the section with the fluid. He carried the one I chose to the checkout counter and I went to my car to fill the reservoir. I haven't had the car long and the hood would not open. I went back into the store asked him for help and he came outside and opened the hood for me, explaining that sometimes there is a little trick to it. I told him I was just trying to fill the reservoir. He insisted that he do it, went to get a funnel and kindly filled it for me. He was very professional and respectful, addressing me as ma'am. This was a great experience and I really appreciate him going above and beyond.

- JFJay FMar 1, 20262.0Did a online pickup for oil and a filter. The guy seemed irritated because he asked when I placed it which was hours ago, and it said it was ready 1.5 hours ago. He then just put my 5 items on the counter and didn’t say anything. When I asked for a bag he handed me a crumpled bag and made me put my items in. Horrible service. Go to autozone, I go there occasionally for my other vehicles oil and they’re super friendly and helpful.

Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
