  Absolutely not… never again.. THIS LOCATION??? NEVEERRR again.. I booked yesterday 5/1. Never got a call, text, or anything from this location regarding the bull they spewed out today…I called this morning to let them know I was on the way and that I had a reservation at 9. They just said okay. Not “we don’t have that car”, Not “we may have to have you pick up from a location… NOTHING. We get all the way there.. and he claims he called yesterday and that a voicemail wasn’t set up which is wildly inaccurate. I got no call and I was by/on my phone all day yesterday (and I have a voicemail. Received 3 others yesterday. I’ve NEVER had any issue like this with any other Enterprise. For him to only call ONCE about a reservation being unavailable not knowing what we had going on, is SO inconsiderate. He claimed that he knew he wouldn’t have many returns, so again.. why wouldn’t you attempt more calls?? After letting us know that he had no card AFTER arrival, he also claimed he called all other branches to see if he could accommodate us.. which was a BOLD FACED LIE. I’m currently at another enterprise 10 minutes away grabbing one, but for a higher price because we’re booking day of. So we were out time AND money dealing with this location. I overheard someone on the phone saying he was coming to trade in a car, I let him know I heard it, he said the returned car was going in contract. Then I asked about the one in the dock being cleaned and he had no idea there was one returned and being cleaned. He comes back saying apparently that one is under contract as well.. but I thought he didn’t really have any returns??? My bf and I are thinking it’s something underhanded going on. Like it was promised to somebody. Whenever there were problems with my rental in the past, I received MULTIPLE calls. To say he called once and “a voicemail wasn’t set up” is outrageous.

  Be careful using the Enterprise Rental car at 1112 Lynnhaven Blvd. I reserved my vehicle a week and a half ago. 45 minutes before I’m supposed to pick my vehicle up, they call me and tell me there are no vehicles at any of the Enterprise Rentals in the area (Virginia Beach) to include their business. It took me less than 30 minutes to find an Enterprise that has a vehicle available to me (4 miles away). Either they outright lied to me telling me there were no vehicles available on their lot or any other Enterprise Rentals in the area or they were simply too lazy to make some phone calls to ask an easy question.

  So, the woman at the front, name started with a K. She was awesome, great service from her and she helped me out with switching the name on a reservation. Friends ID got chewed on by his dog, and couldnt rent it out. So, I drove instead. When I pulled up they had 2 cars on the lot. One was a dodge suv and other one was a Jeep Renegade. We ended up with the Jeep and I opened the door. It smelled like wet dog, was smudge galore, sticky stuff in cup holders. Like it was JUST dropped back off. I let her know, she took it to the "detailer" and when it came back in 15 minutes, it was clean-ish but definitely not detailed. Note i am a detailer by trade and owned a business doing so. He just did a wipe down of the inside and vacuumed a bit. Smudges and spit spray all over the inside of the windshield, and mats were all wet. Wasn't FULLY cleaned. When I got home and popped the trunk it was SOAKED, he sprayed so much fragrance in the trunk, to avoid doing it to the seats. Just for us to NEED the trunk as we are traveling hours away for 5 days. I had to throw towels down to protect my bag from getting stained. I know the smell of spray they used, as its what most detailing shops do. Its meant to be sprayed lightly under the MATS on the carpet. Not soaking the fabric in the back. Its alignment pulls to the left but thats minor in regards to the other issues. When people drop over $500 on a rental, I do expect it to be worth the money. Clean, Quick and Efficient. Safe car and sanitized enviroment. Thats it. I personally will not spend money here again. Friend made this reservation out of convenience. Didnt read the reviews, and here we are. I recommend the Enterprise on Virginia Beach Blvd. Them opening the lynnhaven location was kind of a waste of space of a good building, not gonna lie.
