  We were an hour late to our 8am reservation and the desk worker Aubrey gave away our car. Would not reccomend this organisation to anyone

  Darius and Kiara were fantastic to work with. Their knowledge about all aspects of the business were amazing. They made the rental process seamless and easy. They are my "go to" for any car rental needs. They are true assets to the Enterprise team!!!

  I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise on Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, and it's all because of Darius. Darius was amazing! I am completely satisfied with the service I received. He was fast, friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me the most was watching him handle an irate customer who had booked a rental at the wrong location. Despite being spoken to rudely and disrespectfully, Darius remained calm, professional, and respectful. Instead of reacting negatively, he patiently explained the customer's options and did everything he could to help. Even while managing that difficult situation, he still got me into my rental vehicle as quickly as possible. That level of professionalism and customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Darius, for representing Enterprise so well. If Darius is behind the counter, I would choose this location a million times over. He truly made my experience exceptional!
