  I had an outstanding experience at the Enterprise on Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, and it's all because of Darius. Darius was amazing! I am completely satisfied with the service I received. He was fast, friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me the most was watching him handle an irate customer who had booked a rental at the wrong location. Despite being spoken to rudely and disrespectfully, Darius remained calm, professional, and respectful. Instead of reacting negatively, he patiently explained the customer's options and did everything he could to help. Even while managing that difficult situation, he still got me into my rental vehicle as quickly as possible. That level of professionalism and customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Darius, for representing Enterprise so well. If Darius is behind the counter, I would choose this location a million times over. He truly made my experience exceptional!

  Darius was amazing, he fixed several issues I was having with car availability and pricing. My car was hit by a drunk driver, and it has been a nightmare because they Didn’t have Insurance and Darius made life a lot easier. I just greatly appreciate his professionalism and his vehicle availability. Thanks Darius keep doing what you do you are greatly appreciated!!!!

  Arrived to a complete snafu with my confirmed reservation! Then Brandon stepped in and resolved all my issues with understanding and excellent customer service! I definitely recommend this location for your next rental!
