I’m so lucky to have this SpeeDee in my neighborhood. They’ve been doing all the services for my 3 vehicles for years now. The crew are so helpful, caring & really considerate. My husband passed away from covid in 2020 & I’ve relied on them for everything without hesitation since then. Several times I was stuck out of the area with problems & the garages / places I had definitely took advantage of the fact that I’m a woman & overcharged. This is why they have my unwavering loyalty. Took my car in for a state inspection. Was told a battery bracket was broken when it was not before I took the car in. When I questioned it, the staff was rude and dismissive, and when I gave the phone to my husband, the inspector became loud and argumentative, and cursed at him when passing the phone off. We picked up the car and were told to get the hell out.

I got a state inspection done. Everything passed. The technician told me that the front tires were wearing on the inside and the toe needs adjustment. When I got home I felt the tire tread and it was noticeably worn on the inside, especially the right tire. I appreciate this information so I can take care of it.
