  I hadn't been to SpeeDee-Midas in a while and I will be returning. I went late in the day and was given excellent service .They explained everything and didn't rush .It was my daughter first truck and oil change ,and she was treated excellently..we will be back with our other cars

  I’ve been here twice and honestly had a great experience both times I came in and they were quick to getting to my car and very helpful with what I needed to get done Tez the manager was very knowledgeable and explained everything and even showed me the parts that I had being replaced compared to the new ones I definitely recommend this place

  I love this place. Mr. Guthrie inspected my car. Solid performance. Mechanics are young (but very professional). It’s a long story, I have a fleet of vehicles. I won’t take them anywhere else.

  Speedy is my go too for oil changes, inspections, & tire rotations. They always do a great job & I really appreciate the guys kindness & respect at always checking in on me from time to time during my wait to keep me informed on what's going on, where their at with the services, & timing. It doesn't take them long once they get to my vehicle but sometimes it's a little wait time until then if others are ahead. If it's going to be an ungodly wait they usually suggest another day or dropping it off. I'm thankful for the on line & mail box coupons as anything helps these days. However, I'm annoyed that only one coupon can be used at a time. I feel like if you have multiple coupons for multiple services & you're getting those multiple services you should be able to use all the coupons that apply. Like I had two coupons coupons, one for an oil change & one for $10 off of $100 worth of services. The total for my services which included an oil change was $165. I should've have been able to apply both coupons. I feel that's kind of unfair to the customer. The coupons aren't that much & surely not enough to hurt business, but they're enough to help the wallets of some of us low income customers.

  Per the info on the site, oil changes services are supposed to include checking and topping off fluid levels (washer fluid, coolant, power steering, etc). After I left, I tried to use the washer fluid and it was bone dry. When filling it myself later, also noticed the engine coolant is below the “low” mark in the reservoir. It’s obvious they checked nothing. Who knows if the oil was even changed? For a $120 oil change where all of the included “services” was obviously skipped, pretty disappointing. Was hoping this could be my new go-to place for service, but that’s a one-and-done for me.
