Dave was great; he patiently helped me diagnose the problem and even set me up with a wrench to remedy the issue with very clear instructions. I genuinely could not ask for better customer service - I offered to compensate Dave and Kyle for their time and they refused. Will certainly be returning!

I came in asking about a replacement battery for my car key fob and provided my car model and year. Instead of helping me identify the correct battery, she told me to “Google it yourself.” Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. I understand stores may no longer replace key fob batteries, and that is completely fine. My complaint is about the rude customer service and unwillingness to provide basic assistance.

What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?
A traditional lead/acid car battery can range between $60-$120. HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
