    Came in with brake lights that wouldn't turn off and staff was incredible. Dave was great; he patiently helped me diagnose the problem and even set me up with a wrench to remedy the issue with very clear instructions. I genuinely could not ask for better customer service - I offered to compensate Dave and Kyle for their time and they refused. Will certainly be returning!

    A few weeks ago they solved a problem for me, had a bathroom fixture with a weird hex type slot. Woman found an 8 dollar swiss army knife like set, came home, tried it, 3rd one I tried fit. Got it fixed. Thanks guys (well gal!). Nice store as well.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this store because of one female employee’s rude attitude. I came in asking about a replacement battery for my car key fob and provided my car model and year. Instead of helping me identify the correct battery, she told me to “Google it yourself.” Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. I understand stores may no longer replace key fob batteries, and that is completely fine. My complaint is about the rude customer service and unwillingness to provide basic assistance.

    I came in to buy oil today and had a great experience thanks to David and Eric. They were both very helpful, professional, and kind. They took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service — thank you both for your help!

    This was one of the most unacceptable customer service experiences I’ve had, and it needs to be addressed. I entered the store looking for a female lead charging post for a Group 31 battery and asked an associate named Laura for assistance. Instead of doing her job, she dismissively pointed at a wall and said “they’re right there.” When I explained that I wasn’t sure which one I needed and asked her to show me, her behavior escalated. She threw her hand up, pointed again, and snapped “ THEY’RE RIGHT THERE!” in an aggressive and hostile tone. This was not just unhelpful—it was outright disrespectful. There was no attempt to assist, no basic professionalism, just attitude and dismissal. When I asked to speak with a manager, she pointed to the next register and walked away. No accountability, no effort to resolve the situation. That alone speaks volumes about the level of training and oversight at this location. Herbert, the manager, was assisting another customer and claimed he did not witness the interaction. After I explained what happened, he was at least able to locate the correct item. While I appreciate that, it does not excuse the behavior that led to this escalation in the first place. There is no excuse for an employee to treat customers this way for asking a basic question. This reflects poorly on the entire store. I will be escalating this to corporate, as this kind of conduct should not be tolerated in any professional retail environment.
