Great experience with Michelle Bowers Hyman. She made the buying process seamless from start to delivery. Talked to us about our needs, showed us only units in our price range, and is extremely knowledgeable about all the brands (new and used) on the lot. She informed us of the pros and cons of new vs used, as well as the differences in the many brands they have to offer. She NEVER tried to upsell us to something more expensive, and we never felt pressured to buy. If you are in the market for an RV, go see Michelle! We also had a great delivery; the guy was very informative, took his time walking us through the unit and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Bought a brand new unit and now these very unprofessional bunch of individuals are pretty much refusing to hold their end of the deal on replacing the part which they inspected and told me needed to be replaced. I would recommend finding a different camping world to deal with or maybe just go to a better dealer in general…..and yes Camping World I will be happy to rewrite my review if y’all ever come to the table

Terrible experience here. Our camper was not delivered on time- twice. I told them this HAS to be delivered on time because I sold my old camper and cleared the lot for their arrival. All my belongings were sitting outside and we were expecting heavy rain. My salesmans Brads response? "I'm off work today and ill find out something tomorrow" The second time, the team here lied to me about it being on the way knowing it was still in their lot. This would not have been a big deal if I did not have contractors waiting when they said it would arrive. Their communication is ATROCIOUS. When my camper finally arrived, nothing was secured, the washer and dryer fell over and broke the cabinets, valances were ripped from the walls, and it was never cleaned. There was literally still dirty socks on the floor from the previous owner. They told me that they did an inspection on the camper and everything works, I have 3 AC units and only 1 works, the breaker keeps tripping on the other two. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. As I write this review, a manager as yet to reach out to me about my complaints

Every person on their own was lovely but together they seemed to fail. We purchased our first camper and paid $3k for something that included a walk through. The person who gave the walk through didn't explain anything unless specifically asked. When you're new you dont know what to ask. Later we realized we didn't know how anything worked. During the walk through, the generator wouldn't start. He said he would fix it while we finished inside. When we got back, he was gone, the electrical wires were hanging out and the generator door was open. He left without a word or a note. No one knew he was gone. He didn't fix the generator. There were no other techs on duty. No one could tell us what to do. Finally they told us to take it somewhere else to fix. Then they all left while we tried to figure out our RV in the rain. We had to call the salesman on a cell phone to find the parking brake release. One person stayed to close the gate but didn't help us or even check on us. Finally, our box with all the parts you need to start camping was left because our sales group forgot to give it to us. They were too busy leaving for the day. We also learned later that the brake lights and signal lights don't work if the headlights are on.
So, in review, we have a camper that we can't camp in.

Bought a Jayco pinnacle 2+ weeks ago still have not gotten the unit once the papers were signed. No one wants to answer the phone. No one gives you a straight answer… apparently, there was issues with the unit that was not told to me prior to purchase because I’m from out of state and did not see the unit firsthand… Prior to purchase everybody wanted to talk To me… Message after message after message left for the salesman to the manager with no calls back… I would not purchase an RV from camping world ever again… And I own a Campground and I’m hearing the same problems. My customers had buying camping world RVs, so it seems to follow in all locations…… If able, I wouldn’t even gave it one star… I think it’s time for an attorney
