- RSRichard Stout5 days ago1.0The worst rental car experience I have ever had. I have repeatedly arrived at this Tappahannock, Virginia location only to find that the vehicle I had reserved, confirmed and checked in for was not available. My last visit this week was the straw that broke my back and causes this review. Not only did they not have the vehicle that I checked in for, but they did not have a vehicle available at all. There were no efforts to rectify the situation and after I became irate from the repeated let downs, the representative refused to rent to me at all. Apologies for losing my temper but let's be fair...You didn't have a rental for me anyway. This location should be closed.

I do not work for Enterprise, and I should not be the one searching for a rental at their other establishments. PLEASE REMOVE TAPPAHANNOCK ENTERPRISE from online booking!

They explained the features of the vehicle to help me which was important because I as driving from VA to OH during winter weather. I will definitely use enterprise again.
