  It was a great experience!! Everyone was very friendly and professional! The Asst Manager Toya was great. She answered all my questions with care and even tested my battery before I asked. She showed me 2 options to choose from rather than choosing for me. Great work I will be back!

  If I could give them zero I would. This is for all customers please check behind them. We took my wife’s Kia in for an oil change and in order to change the oil you need to remove the splash guard. However, once complete they did not install it correctly and as soon as she got onto 58 it ripped off. She was able to get and brought it back to have them install it again correctly. Well once again, it ripped off because they ruined it the first time. So now they have caused damage that needs to be replaced and all I get is we are sorry, we should have done better. Do not use this place unless you’re okay with half ass work being completed. The manager even admitted that they messed it up the first time and did nothing to make it right.

  I’ve been coming to this particular location, few times now and I’ve never really had any issues except for the last two times I’ve been. The time before one of the bolts for my skid plate was not put back, causing the front end of the splash guard to begin to drag so I had to get a new bolt to replace the one they did not put back. And then at my last visit after leaving and going about my morning errands, driving on 58 my entire splash guard came flying off because it was not properly secured back to place. When I came back obviously upset I was met with. I understand that’s an inconvenience. This will be my last time coming to this location having issues with the same thing twice in a row.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline, all the auto mechanics were great, and Alex was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done.
