  This place is by far the worst so called “mechanic shop” in Suffolk and probably the worst Suffolk has to offer. I took my car to them for overheating issues and they had it for a whole week, I go up there and it’s parked in the back with the hood open and it had rained throughout that week. The employee said they did a test and didn’t see it overheating and that the hood being open was not a problem. They lucky I changed my ways, anyway I wish I didn’t have to give this company no stars. I don’t recommend this place at all, I would rather go to another city for services then to take my car anywhere in Suffolk.

  This place is horrible. Why make an appointment with you can't honor the time. They book and book appointments for the purpose of GREED. Or maybe its poor management but they are very slow and inconsiderate. They do not respect the customers time. On top of that, these jokers knowing that they are at least two hours behind, they continue to take in new service requests and booking appointments telling customers that they can get it done. C'mon man!!! Smh. Do better.

  I made an appointment and arrived 12 minutes prior to the time. I checked in and 50 minutes later my truck still had not been pulled into a bay. I politely asked about this delay and was informed that appointment times mean nothing and that I should have know there was only one technician working. As I am not an employee or in management of this business, my knowledge or staffing would be limiting. Had I been simply informed when I arrived of the challenge, my appreciation for the situation would have been one of understanding and empathy. But instead I was treated as if I was their therapist and they were allowed to unload on me about the present staffing issue in a less than cordial way. The tech did a good job and was thorough.

  I enjoyed the professional work & the idea they had a great plan for items on my vehicle like a battery cleaning which was over due. I had a few items completed. I knew I would not have time to clean it so I allowed the mechanics to assist me so I could have proper connections with my cables, also. I had great rapport with the team!   I would not recommend this shop. I was quoted $328 for a repair involving a part that we were able to purchase ourselves for about $40. My husband replaced the part in approximately 10 minutes. While I understand that repair shops charge labor and mark up parts, this quote seemed excessive for such a simple repair. The customer service was also inconsistent. There is a woman who works at the front desk who has always been professional, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, my experiences with some of the men behind the counter have been the opposite. I found them to be rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when asking questions about repairs and pricing. In addition, the wait times to have vehicles looked at can be longer than expected. Based on my experience, I would recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before agreeing to repairs here.
