  IF YOU NEED A QUICK TIRE PLUG/PATCH - DO NOT BRING IT HERE!! I unfortunately have to give this place a single star to leave a review. I would’ve liked to have given them 0 stars! I went in at 7:30am for a single tire to be plugged and they left me in the office for nearly 4 hours because they weren’t going to make any money off the job. They told me I was next in line as they pulled another vehicle into their bay. I took my keys back from them and headed over to TIDEWATER TIRE CENTER not even a mile away. They had a mechanic practically waiting for me and I was in and out in LESS THAN TEN MINUTES!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. ONLY MONEY.

  Honestly, the reviews for this business do not do justice to the exceptional customer service I received! Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure every interaction was quick, easy, and pleasant. Vivian and Cassandra, you ladies are doing an amazing job! Thank you for taking such great care of me and getting me in and out so efficiently. Your kindness and professionalism truly stood out. If you need your vehicle serviced, I highly recommend this place. The service was incredibly convenient, everyone was so welcoming, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Had to pay 100 to get one of my tires plug then the man got nasty on the phone with me telling me they fixed and I ran over another nail bill crap my tire went flat a hr later when I left your shop never again will I come here and pay to get any work done again customer service is everything and for your to get nasty with me when I asked why I gotta pay again for a job that was not done right the first time my tire should have not went flat after a hr of leaving your shop remember customer service is everything

  The absolute worst auto shop in Suffolk. I dropped off a vehicle first thing Saturday Morning (7:30 AM) and I did not hear anything back all day so I finally called at around 4 PM since they close at 7 PM and they said that they couldn't inspect it because they couldn't figure out how to pop the hood. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous so I offered to do it and they agreed, so I went by around 5 pm, undid the hood pins- how a mechanic couldn't figure that out is beyond me. I went inside to tell them that the issue should be resolved but they said it was now too late in the day to inspect, it would have to be done Sunday. Once again, Sunday hit and I didn't hear anything. Once again I had to call. I kept getting told that there was 1 vehicle ahead of me. Finally at 4, with me having to call since they close at 5, I was told that it would have to wait until Monday. At this point I blew up... I told them they were worthless and I want my car back. They said no, not until I pay for the front end alignment. When the hell did they get the time to do that? Irregardles, I said to do that only after it passes state inspection- why align a car with 200k miles on it unless it passes state inspection? I am not convinced the alignment was done anyhow- I mean, these are the same people who couldn't figure out how to pop a hood. Lastly, when I went to get it this evening with my spare key after deciding that something was off the car was in the same exact position as the day before- unmoved- with the hood pins that I disconnected the day before still dangling. They never inforned me that the vehicle had failed inspection- they only told me the inspection couldn't be completed. Horrible shop, completely full of crap. Avoid it like the plague.

  Horrible customer service. I'll make the drive to Virginia Beach before I go through another rodeo with these people. had an appointment for a tire change and oil rotation scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. I was trying to get the state inspection done too, so I dropped it off at 8:00, hoping that they would have time to do everything before the end of the day. After getting nothing but crickets, I called in to check on my vehicle around 4:00. Cassandra said they were very busy and a technician called out so they haven't been able to get to it yet. I was very understanding about the situation, and asked if they could have the vehicle ready by noon the following day (Sunday), because I have errands to run and I have to work Monday. She said she wasn't sure if that would be possible, so she was going to check and call me back to confirm. She never called back. I waited around on Sunday for a call that never came. I called again around 2:00 p.m.. Cassandra answered the phone again. Again, I asked about my vehicle. She said she's not sure but she'll check, and then she said it's sitting on the rack which means they're working on it right now so it should be done shortly. I said okay that sounds good. Please call me when it is ready because I am ready to come pick it up right now. Again, I never got a call back. At 4:30 p.m. on Sunday (keep in mind they close at 5:00 p.m.), I called again. This time a different woman answered the phone. I explained the situation and the fact that this is the third time I am now calling to check home my vehicle. She said she has no idea what I'm talking about and that she would have to go ask the mechanic. She came back shortly and said did none of the services had been completed, and asked if they could keep the vehicle for the following day. Obviously this was not possible and completely unexpected, so I told her no that I would be coming to collect my vehicle. She then stated that the state inspection actually was completed, but they failed it for an issue for the tires. So to summarize: 1. I lost use of my vehicle for 2 days for a state inspection 2. Even though the inspection was a failure, I was not notified until the close of business on Sunday, which completely prevented me from being able to remedy the situation before the following work day 3. The staff at this location completely neglected to prioritize my service or to communicate the issues that they encountered during the process. 4. The shop personnel also openly stated multiple times that walk-in customers were being prioritized over appointment customers. This was stated to be the direct reason why my service was not completed. Frankly this is unacceptable for a business that advertises Service by appointment, and could be construed as false advertising. 5. Even though my time was wasted, my vehicle was left in sub-optimal condition, and I made every attempt to communicate regarding the issues, no compensation was offered, no discount applied, and no assurances that this would not happen in the future were given. I hope someone in management reviews this and has a conversation with the team, because this was absolutely not what I was expecting for a simple service appointment over the weekend.
