  I've brought my vehicle to this shop maybe 3 times. The last time was such horrible experience. The lack of communication and lack of appropriate assessment which caused me to have to spend more money during this last visit is enough for me to never return again. If you value quick communication and not spending unnecessary money, do not take your vehicle here.

  First Team Kia has it figured out. They help you purchase the vehicle that you want as opposed to selling you the vehicle they want you to have. The First Team benefits speak for themselves (oil change & inspection free). I completed a haggle free purchase agreement from another state, arrived at the dealership to sign paperwork and was back home (5 hours away), all within 72 hours. Thanks First Team.

  We bought a Sorento from Jonathan last year. It was such a great car. Anytime we came in for routine maintenance, everyone was always knowledgeable and nice. First team is such a great dealership. Can't beat the lifetime powertrain and all the other goodies you get! We ended up training in our Sorento for something bigger, but I wanted to leave a review for those considering this dealership. Do it! They were even helpful after we traded our car in.

  Service department has terrible customer service. Twice now we have made an appointment, then arrived on the designated time/date and they tell us they have no record of an appointment. Additionally, this last time we decided to wait and were told it would be at most an hour until the car was ready. Upon the 2 hr mark we checked in and the woman at the desk said she made no such promise. When walking to the waiting room I overheard her say something snarky about entitled customers to her coworker, though as I went back to ask her she denied saying anything. This is a place that can't own up to mistakes and be honest and kind to customers. Heck, the employee couldn't even take her eyes off her cell phone while she was talking to us. I recommend customers go elsewhere.

  I had an engine replacement done at First Team Kia. The dealership already had my vehicle for approximately three weeks for the repair. On the day I picked up my vehicle, I reported issues before even leaving the lot, including warning lights and a banging sound when going over bumps that were not present prior to service. I specifically asked for the vehicle to be inspected before I drove off. Despite this, I was released the vehicle. Shortly after leaving, I discovered serious safety issues including brake calipers that were not properly secured and a disconnected wheel speed sensor affecting ABS functionality. When I brought this back to their attention, I was told to return the vehicle. I was also informed that the technician who performed the work was no longer employed there. I scheduled two separate follow-up appointments with the service department, and both were not honored. I also consulted two independent repair shops, both of whom advised this was a major safety issue and that Kia should correct it at no cost due to the nature of the repair and systems involved. Ultimately, I had to pay out of pocket at another shop to correct the issues so the vehicle would be safe to drive. This involved critical braking and ABS systems and reflects a serious failure in workmanship and follow-through. Releasing an unsafe vehicle after a multi-week repair and failing to honor follow-up appointments is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this service department based on my experience. Update after reply: The response seems as if they didn't actually read what I said. I never said they worked on these parts of my car. But they definitely "touched" these parts when they were getting to my engine. I will definitely trust the other mechanics who all agreed these were the issues. And once I had the mechanic reconnect my speed sensor and calipers all problems disappeared. Additionally, had they kept any of the previous appointments or looked at it before I picked up my car when I first mentioned it, they would have seen what was wrong and this would not have dragged out from January to April.
