  Sales is great in selling you a car. However good luck with the service department or anyone at all taking any responsibility once the purchase is complete. We purchased a brand new 2022 Kia Sorento from first team and it has had a major problem since before the first oil change. (Has 36,001 miles currently) And sits in our drive to at broken down. Every light is on and it is no driveable. We have shown them video of this issue 27 times then the vehicle almost cost us our lives by everything dying the other night. Yet in 2 days we still can't even speak to anyone on service beyond an answering machine. This dealership treats you as if you are stupid and always wants to upsell but will not fix under warranty vehicles. I would go anywhere else other than first team at this time.

  Ariana Yulee is an amazing sales representative. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. This was my first car buying experience, so I’ve been to many dealerships along the way. I can honestly say, no one else made me feel as comfortable as she did. I often wished she could be my personal associate and follow me around to other dealerships lol. Most importantly, she was transparent about the price, payment/leasing options, never made me feel pressured into a sale. She goes above and beyond!
