  Sales is great in selling you a car. However good luck with the service department or anyone at all taking any responsibility once the purchase is complete. We purchased a brand new 2022 Kia Sorento from first team and it has had a major problem since before the first oil change. (Has 36,001 miles currently) And sits in our drive to at broken down. Every light is on and it is no driveable. We have shown them video of this issue 27 times then the vehicle almost cost us our lives by everything dying the other night. Yet in 2 days we still can't even speak to anyone on service beyond an answering machine. This dealership treats you as if you are stupid and always wants to upsell but will not fix under warranty vehicles. I would go anywhere else other than first team at this time.

  I had an exceptional experience purchasing my brand-new 2027 Kia Telluride from First Team Kia. A special thank you to Isaiah, my salesperson, and Pat, the sales manager, for making the entire process honest, seamless, and informative from start to finish. Isaiah is an extremely confident and knowledgeable salesman who truly knows his craft. He took the time to answer every question, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and maintained excellent communication every step of the way. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured. Instead, I felt educated, respected, and genuinely cared for as a customer. Pat and Isaiah worked together to ensure everything went smoothly, and their professionalism made purchasing a vehicle feel stress-free and enjoyable. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. It's clear that their team genuinely cares about the customer experience and building lasting relationships, not just making a sale.   Ariana Yulee is an amazing sales representative. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. This was my first car buying experience, so I’ve been to many dealerships along the way. I can honestly say, no one else made me feel as comfortable as she did. I often wished she could be my personal associate and follow me around to other dealerships lol. Most importantly, she was transparent about the price, payment/leasing options, never made me feel pressured into a sale. She goes above and beyond!

  My wife and I bought a CPO EV9 from this dealer, and while the sales associate that we worked with was perfectly pleasant and their pricing was reasonable I would not recommend buying a car here. The biggest reason for only giving two stars is that the F&I guy we worked with (I can't remember the name and First Team doesn't list their employees on their website so that I can see it now) claimed that the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty dropped from the original 5 year/60k miles to 3 year/36k miles for a second owner. This is not true per Kia themselves, so either he doesn't understand how Kia warranty works or (I think more likely) intentionally lied to us to try and put more pressure on an extended warranty sale after I told him that we would be declining all adds as soon as we walked into the box. He also whipped out the classic "so you know that if the screens break that will be $9,000! You're crazy taking a risk like that" of course. Also we came in on a Friday afternoon when they weren't seemingly very busy, and yet even with doing zero in person negotiation it still took roughly ~3 hours to get the deal done and be on our way. Lastly the hitch on the vehicle had a locked cover on it, and over two weeks after the purchase we still haven't been able to get the key which they said they didn't get from the original owner when he traded the car in. I guess I'll be having to hire a locksmith to drill out the lock if I want to use the hitch on the car we bought.
