  The service was fantastic, and Skylar is an amazing tech! The only thing I’d suggest is keeping the prices competitive. It would be great to be in line with other local oil change services.

  VA State Inspection - tech left oil all over the passenger side interior. Leather hand rail, learher seats, and door. $100K car with 720 miles. Unreal. They dont use seat and floor protectors and techs dont clean their hands. Unprofessional outfit. Last time they have my business.

  The actual work was good, and I appreciate that the issue was properly diagnosed with the same diagnose code that I'd recieved from Autozone and the oil pressure switch was replaced. My vehicle is running well, and I’m satisfied with the repair itself. However, I was disappointed with a few things. The pricing felt high, especially for the part. The part was 3x the MRSP and 2x the dealership price. I also found dirt left inside my vehicle after the service(especially after the oil change with oil on steering wheel and front passenger and drivee seat. That was a prior visit), which I don't expect when paying for services at this price. I had also told the staff that I would be returning on Saturday for the repair (that was stated 3 days prior), so the part would be there already. Instead, when I called Saturday morning the part wasn't there and had to be picked up that day, which added unnecessary waiting and inconvenience. The customer amenities were also pretty limited considering the prices charged. They offered water and coffee, but there weren't any snacks available. Overall, the mechanical work was good, but the customer-service experience and pricing left me disappointed. I would recommend improving communication about parts availability, being more careful about keeping customers' vehicles clean, and providing a better overall experience for the prices being charged.

  Got my oil change and state inspection done August 15. They didn’t bolt the skid plate back down after doing the oil change. I found that out the following day when I was driving on the interstate and something was dragging the road. Had to jack my car up and determine the cause myself. Was able to bring it back in and they bolted the skid plate back properly but it still has damage to it due to their lack of proper service.

  My husband had his oil changed here and there was a little incident. When we returned to have the issue fixed, the Managers “Coach Mike” and Kirk were absolutely amazing, and so understanding! Aaliyah was absolutely precious and so kind, as well! We have always used them for oil changes and NEVER had an issue. It was so refreshing to see that when you do have an issue, it is handled quickly and with KINDNESS! We are very pleased! Thank you, team!
