  Y'all need to put Pete in the back. Probably a good worker maybe at some things, just not good at customer service. We were the first customers of the day. We were in the middle bay. It was hard listening to Skylar and David give excellent customer service to their customers in the bays next to ours. Anytime we have come here we have gotten someone with excellent customer service but not this time. Pete barely talked to us or anything and seemed like he didn’t wanted to be here. He didn’t even put our sticker on for us like everyone else does , just handed it to us which was also weird. Didn’t even top off our fluids when we even asked at the beginning for oil change and to top off fluids. The whole experience was “uncomfortable” and we feel like we didn’t get what we paid for.

  Been looking for a fast,reputable, oil change shop and this place is phenomenal! Been going to dilingers for a while but they take an hour or so if your lucky.i was in and out of this place in 10 minutes.they also do state inspections here.also they are the cheapest with $26.00 off coupon

  Unbelievable service had a flat on 664 and I need a quick flat and repair job but need an appointment? for a flat repair. I get it down by 30 minutes to closing but I didn't plan this and it's not like they have to lift the car I already have the tire out and my CRV has the spare on so it's not like I'm asking them a big job

  I absolutely love coming to this Portsmouth Va. Fredrick Blvd location. These guys are awesome and professional at what they do. Khalik assisted me the most with the oil change and was very patient with me by helping me find some of the gadget's controls and some other things on my display screen in the car.
