  This was my first time using Express Oil. The service was great, the employees were tentative making sure you got what you ask for, and answered questions to my satisfaction, I was headed out of town and on my way within 30 minutes. didnt take forever waiting. I was headed to go out of town and was on my journey within mo time. Thanks for providing great service!!

  I've been using Express Tire & Oil for 10 years and the Suffolk location for 6 years for oil changes, repairs, and inspections. I have always had a generally positive experience. My visit on 09/04 was extremely poor and attempts to escalate to corporate have gone nowhere. The technician had an attitude over how I pulled in the car, not understanding his instructions, refusing the sticker in the car, and requesting the high mileage oil. After I paid he had me pull out of the bay. Knowing there were several standard services not yet completed, I asked whether they were going to be finished. He informed me they would not be because I was not compliant. I was his second appt of the day. This 10 minute oil change took 45 minutes once I pulled out. I reported this experience to the service manager before I left not knowing they marked the uncompleted service items as complete on my receipt which I paid in full. The supervisor said he would review the video and look into it. After I got home and realized the technician lied on my receipt (didn't check air filters, wiper blades, lights, horn) I called HQ on 09/08 to file a complaint. A month later I have yet to receive a response. I logged in planning to write a review and saw that their customer service frequently suggested submitting an online complaint through their website. I escalated a 3rd time online on 09/15 with no response. This is astonishingly bad support upon clearly documented service in the bay considering it could be easily verified.

  Best customer service I have received in a long time. Even the technicians would come up front and ask me how my day is going or offer me a water. I was late to my appt but they fit me in anyway and helped me out. Hands down the most professional and polite buisness I have been to.

  Skylar provided efficient and provided excellent service during my oil change yesterday. I had such a great first time experience I gave a positive verbal review when I took my car today to be serviced. Lee was patient and very thorough as we went detail by detail of what my dealership had recommended I have done. By coming here, I was able to pay only 1/2 of what dealership would have charged. They even allowed me to bring my car in 1 day earlier than I had scheduled.My family and I will continue to get our auto service needs completed there for years to come!
