I can't begin to express the comfort I felt coming to this place. Rocco immediately greeted me and made me feel welcomed and that I mattered. Got me to an advisor, Gabe, who made the whole process painless and explained everything in full detail and honestly made me feel I was at th right place. Much thanks to the entire staff who are truly the best, you all are definitely the road map to true customer service and craftsmanship who care not only about the customers, but the price and vehicle repair!! I would give 0 stars but you cannot do that.
I had to drive to the dealership because I was unable to contact a service person by phone. You can also stand at the service desk until your legs die from under you because no one will notice you.
I made a service appt and arranged for pickup at 9am.... they never showed, they never called. I called the dealership at 9:30 and they assured me they were on their way ... at 10am NO SHOW.
Why bother?! I guess that's what happens when they stop caring. They all get paid the same whether they take care of the customers or not.
Calling Cavalier after I post this review.

This place is a RIP OFF!!! I took my van there on 03/11/2026.
They charged me $200.00 to tell me I needed a new Rack and Pinion. $4,200.
I TOOK IT TO SOMEONE THAT USE TO WORK AT DUKE HE PUT HIS SCANNER ON IT AND ALL I NEEDED WAS THE BATTERY CABLES WERE LOOSE AFTER 3 HRS OF TRYING EVERYTHING ELSE HE CHARGED ME ONLY $240.00 TO FIX THE PROBLEM
A far cry from $4,200!!!
I called them 3 weeks ago No Response Called again on wed No Response!! Called again on thurs,Finally She calls me around 6, I was outside.
I called again today around 12 here it is 8:04 Friday 04/24/2026 No call Back.

Was satisfied with the experience until it came time to put ink to paper and finalize the deal. I showed up early to my appointment to sign the paperwork and ended up sitting for 6 hours in the dealership waiting for the process to be complete. 5hours of that time was spent literally waiting around. I ended up staying well past the closing time and was constantly told that it would just be a few more minutes…. Had we not finalized the paperwork on the sale of my trade in and down payment I would have cancelled the deal and walked out. Even when the deal was done, I ended up having to come back due to issues with the paperwork.
In addition, never heard from manager when I complained. I’d expect a better consumer experience.
Just know when you go that they are not staffed to handle more than one deal at a time. Hopefully their Virginia Beach location is better equipped to deal with multiple customers.

The lack of customer service at this place is unbelievable. My son and daughter in law purchased two vehicles from this place at the same time. If you do find yourself at this dealer please do yourself a favor and not choose Norton as your salesperson.
Upon taking delivery of a 2025 Bronco that supposedly just came out of detailing my 7 year granddaughter found a wasp nest inside the rear door jamb, showed it to Norton, he said “that what happens when they sit for months”. We pointed out it’s just been detailed, he said “we just spray water on them”.
Next thing is the vehicle had no floor mats, when asked Norton walked through the parking and brought some from another vehicle.
Once in the drivers seat it was noticed the vehicle had not been fueled up. Norton’s reply about this oversight was “I assumed it was filled up”.
Leadership begins at the top and the manager Matt Harris has been silent on my email sent to him about the terrible customer service and the lack of professionalism by Norton so I’m posting here so others can be informed.
If you do visit this dealership, ask for Key, this lady stepped up to the plate with outstanding professionalism to get our issues resolved.
