  Have been a nation ford customer for many year's have never been disappointed. Any issues if any were always addressed and solved to our satisfaction. Had Baron ford Virginia Beachfor many years and moved to suffolk, use them here, different employees with same friendly service and atmosphere. We are a ford family.

  This place sucks I was trying to get Va truck here they tried telling me me I don’t make enough money when I just paid off a Mercedes Benz they are full of lies then going to tell me I need to get a car under$10 grand an 07 you got to be crazy

  My 2024 Ford Expedition was serviced through this dealer since it was brand new. My most recent service I had found my oil drain plug was loose after it left the shop. I called the service department and asked to speak with the service manager to voice my concern so they could practice better quality assurance while servicing customers. I fully intended to keep going even after this mistake however since the manager never returned my phone call I felt as if they were trying to cover it up and not face their mistakes. Bottom line, don’t take your vehicles here for service, they will hide their mistakes from you. I will be going else where for further service.

  Worst service ever! Had our truck in for a noise which we thought was a belt or something. After 7,000 worth of repairs which was all recommended they couldn't find the issue. We paid and left and within an hour the sound was back. Brought it back and had to ride with them to hear the noise. Finally fixed the original problem which was the emergency brake assembly. Which was additonal 1,500. This all happened over this past few months. Fast forward to today May 21, 2026 we decided to take it to another mechanic that said our truck needed brakes and that which was caused by a locked up caliper pin. Which at Barton Ford we had front end and rear differential work done which should've been discovered then. Just be aware that they are in the business to find a problem and not always the one you come in for. None of the recommendations were necessary but we trusted them and did the work anyways. Just be aware that recommendations aren't necessary and don't let them sell you on doing the repairs. I will no longer use the dealership for any of our business.
