  I was on the fence about leaving a review but this is a honest review from start to finish so first off I called and was quoted $280 for transmission fluid drain and fill that’s good numbers so with the World Wide Web I’m like well how much extra would it be to have the filter changed it’s a few extra turns of a ratchet and a simple filter swap, I was quoted that it would still be just the 280 I purchased my own fluid and filter when my car was brung in and left at shop my estimate went from 280 + tax to $414 now the most important thing you have is time and how you spend it since I had invested the time I approved the work but I thought at least they would of took pics of the pan or fluid nope nothing, I don’t know if all the ATF was used or the service was completed at all I emailed requesting all associated notes and anything pertaining to my service and got a new invoice with my corrected vehicle model. Oh yeah My invoice had my car listed as the wrong model. The reason stated for price increase was due to the book calling for 9hr fluid change but it was communicated that it would be done in 3hrs I was originally quoted 2hrs. They were friendly the price change the mislabeling of invoice and the over lack of information and proof of service just left a bad taste in my mouth the first invoice I received also said $345 then I got the 2nd for $414 it was just a lot of inconsistency looking back at the situation!
