  Got car back parts missing that should be there tried to upsale things vehicle didn’t need will stay a one star. Unless magically the parts re appear or they get some techs that know what there doing without having to have a computer in there hand

  took my sons car there and all of a sudden a bolt that was just there a few days ago is missing from the Turbo after they "fixed" a loose turbo line. Of course they claimed they "didn't do it" but how do you fix a turbo line and not notice a turbo to exhaust bolt is missing? We noticed it immediately after picking up the car after hours. It was making such a noise from the turbo moving around how could they not have noticed it. Avoid going here at all costs. I had to spend another $75.00 at another mechanic to get it fixed. Beware, do not go to the Stuarts Draft Eavers tire.

  Ver poor customer service when it comes to state inspections. They state first come first serve. I was first in line when the doors unlocked at 8:00, was told there were 2 cars ahead of me and it could be 1.5 to 2 hours. There was a lady 4th in line behind me, she was told there were 5-6 people ahead of her and it could 3+ hours. Her inspection was complete and she left by 8:50, and my car had not left the parking lot yet for service. When I went to the desk to ask, I was told my car is being service, until I pointed to it and said it hasn’t moved yet. They then said there were people ahead of me this morning, when I clarified I was first in line. They then told me they just drop off the papers and they sometimes get shuffled around in order. No apology, just excuses. This was my third poor experience here, and I will not be returning. I would not recommend them for state inspections.

  I’m a mom of 2 small kids, I went here with my car shaking thinking it was transmission related they told me my brakes and rotors were bad and rung me up over $700 in March 2026. In May 2026 it started shaking again and I took to a mechanic from my home town who told me the brakes were not tightened and the looseness had caused ‘quite a few issues’ my control arm has been ‘banged up’ and multiple other parts need to be replaced. I really thought these guys were the best around but feel taken advantage of and the need to warn others.. especially anyone else who is driving a lot with little ones! (I tried to call and just ask about it prior to this review- this is my first ever negative Google review I know how much it hurts a business and I don’t want to do anyone wrong- but basically got yelled at being told I don’t know what I’m talking about)
