  4.5 hrs to replace one flat tire and to do an alignment. Mechanics drive it out of the bay with no hub cap. He finally found it. Got home Ava learned that instead of placing spare tire within specific spare tire holding area, I found out that he just threw it into the trunk. Mgr was friendly but there were several problems with her. Will add to my post soon to explain more.

  My daughter took her car in because the engine was making a knocking noise. She checked her oil and noticed it was low and was worried the engine was damaged. An hour later, they bring her car back from a test drive and the transmission is shot. The car is shuddering like it's going over railroad tracks with each shift. It was NOT doing this when she brought the car in, and multiple people who were passengers in her car the days prior also said the transmission was behaving normally. Now they're telling her she needs a whole new transmission. Then they told her that they found oil in the transmission. The staff stood in a circle around her laughing at her in front of numerous other customers while informing her that she was the one that put oil in it. This is patently absurd because we've never touched the transmission. In fact, the only people who have touched the transmission and/or the fluid in it since she purchased the car, was Eavers. I then informed the front office that I want to speak to the store owner. They told me they are a corporate office and have a regional manager. I gave them my information because they wouldn't give me his information, and promised me he would call. That was Friday, it's now Wednesday and no call. I also emailed the corporate office in Ohio about the situation and they are ignoring my emails too. Better Business Bureau is my next stop. This is my second historically terrible encounter with this shop. I wouldn't take my car here if it was the last place in town. Go to Sours instead. They'll at least treat you like a human being instead of a walking ATM machine.

  While traveling north from Florida we experienced a tire blowout in Virginia. Rebecca greeted us with a kind smile and calming voice. We are so grateful for all her help and advice. We were back on the road quickly. Thank you Rebecca and team for your professionalism, knowledge and amazing customer service. The delish treats were definitely an added surprise.

  Took my vehicle in to have 4 tires put on and took them just under 4 hours to do it. They had to break a tpms sensor in order to do them and had to install rubber valve stems. (Federal law requires all vehicle years 2007 and newer to have tpms sensors so they just said screw that I guess) My sensors didn't work to begin with but you cant fix a broken one. I have 5+ years in tire business so I know a thing or two and I know for a fact that I could have done said work in an hour at the very most without breaking a sensor. I was charged labor and disposal still

  Got car back parts missing that should be there tried to upsale things vehicle didn’t need will stay a one star. Unless magically the parts re appear or they get some techs that know what there doing without having to have a computer in there hand
