Julio oversaw most of the oil change and also was so pleasant to talk to and shared his concerns with me about my car, clearly and concisely. Though I didn’t meet Timothy formally, the entire process was so easy and simple, and I’m reminded why I really appreciate Valvoline.

- AMA MAug 5, 20261.0Stay away from this place! I called ahead and was quoted a price over the phone. The moment I showed up with my Groupon, the story changed. Suddenly they claimed my car needed "European oil" and raised the price from $119 to $159. This is complete nonsense. My car uses a standard 5W-40 oil. There is nothing special about it that justifies a $40 price increase. It felt like they were looking for an excuse to charge more because I came in with a Groupon. If you go on Valvoline website you will see that European oil is even cheaper than oil for other cars. They refused to honor the price they quoted over the phone and then tried to justify it with a misleading sales pitch. This is exactly the kind of bait-and-switch behavior that gives honest repair shops a bad name. If you value honesty and transparent pricing, take your business somewhere else.
