I scheduled a mobile appointment and confirmed immediately after receiving the text asking to confirm, only for the technician not to show up to install the windshield. After the 5 hour show up window expired (8AM to 1PM), I called Safelite and the representative stated she could not get anyone from the store to answer the phone to give me a status update. I called again at 3PM and new representative told me there was one appointment in front of me and technician would be contacting me soon. It is now 5PM whole day waisted and the technician never fulfilled the appointment. The store is closed and never received any communication regarding the appointment after confirming on Friday.

I can not say enough about my my service for replacement of a windshield. From beginning to end, very professional knowledgeable, and Customer Service based. My Technician Mynor was amazing throughout the whole service. If I happen to need services from Safelite again, I would definitely ask for him, and if I could wait to make sure I got him as my technician..
This Safelight has replaced my BMW windshield twice (mobile and at their Sterling location). Replaced the first time only to have a stress fracture the next day. Take it to their location and have it replaced a second time. Now my heads up display is unusable due to Safelight using the wrong glass. It’s been a month and no one will fix the issue. Last week my case was being elevated to the district office. Zero communication unless I continue to call. Absolutely ridiculous experience.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Safelite. I have a Jeep Wrangler, and unfortunately, I seem to end up replacing the windshield every three or four years. I’ve used Safelite each time, and they’ve always done a great job.
Terrence came out last week to replace my windshield, and everything went smoothly. He contacted me before he arrived, showed up on time, did a great job, and was very professional throughout the whole process.
Having a small insurance deductible certainly helps, but even without insurance, I don’t think the cost is unreasonable for the service you get.
Overall, Safelite has been great to deal with. Professional, convenient, and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Safelite. What should have been a simple windshield service turned into an incredibly frustrating situation that left us questioning both the handling of our vehicle and the professionalism of the employees.
Our vehicle was taken onto the highway for over 20 minutes without a clear explanation. When we questioned where it was, we were told that they take vehicles to Sheetz. However, our vehicle was not at Sheetz. Naturally, this raised concerns about where our car was actually being driven and why it was gone for so long. We entrusted Safelite with our vehicle for a specific service, and we had every right to question its whereabouts.
What made the situation significantly worse was how the employees responded. Instead of calmly explaining what was happening, the entire team came outside and began yelling at my husband. Employees became extremely confrontational and acted as though they wanted to square up with him. It was completely unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. A customer asking legitimate questions about their own property should NEVER result in multiple employees coming outside and escalating the situation into what appeared to be a potential physical confrontation.
I understand that certain windshield services may require driving for calibration, but if that was the reason, it should have been communicated clearly. We should not have been told our vehicle was going to one location only to discover it wasn't there. More importantly, employees should be capable of answering basic questions without becoming hostile.
The entire situation could have been handled with a simple, respectful explanation. Instead, we were met with aggression, yelling, and a complete lack of professionalism. This is especially concerning coming from a nationally recognized company that customers trust with expensive personal property.
I sincerely hope Safelite corporate investigates this incident, including why our vehicle was taken on an extended highway drive, where it was actually driven, and why the employees felt it was appropriate to confront my husband in such an aggressive manner.
This experience completely destroyed my trust in this location. No customer should have to worry about where their vehicle is or feel intimidated simply for asking questions. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on how we were treated.
First photo is the man trying to get my husband to punch him in the face after that same employee got into his face when he was trying to leave. Other photos show employees coming out laughing at the situation rather than trying to fix it. Man is the baseball cap is the one who took my car for a joyride.
