  I had a great experience with R&C this morning. The desk staff is friendly and we were checked in within 5 minutes of arrival. My appointment was for 9:30 and they pulled my car in exactly at that time. The waiting room has free coffee and bottled water. It isn’t fancy, but it is comfortable and I’d prefer to have a basic space and a lower price than new chairs. They played some music videos that I enjoyed, but if I hadn’t I’m sure they would have changed it or turned it off. Front and rear pads and rotors took about an hour and a half. I like the fact that I controlled what pads and rotors I got, which were duralast gold from Autozone. By going this route my total cost was under $700 when my normal shop quoted close to $1300.

  I had a terrible experience with this shop. I brought in my 2021 Lexus ES 350 to have the rear brake pads and rotors replaced. They accepted the job and charged me for it, so I trusted that they knew how to properly service the electronic parking brake system on this car. After the repair, I started noticing abnormal vibration and noise when braking. I even noticed a burning smell for a period of time after the work was done. I eventually took the car to another repair shop. After inspecting it, I was told that the previous brake work had not been done properly and needed to be corrected. So instead of having my brakes fixed once, I ended up paying again because of the work done here. What bothers me the most is that if a shop is not familiar with the electronic braking system on a 2021 Lexus, they should simply say so instead of accepting the job and leaving the customer to deal with the consequences and additional costs afterward. Based on my experience, I would not bring my car here again. If you have a newer Lexus or a vehicle with an electronic parking brake, I strongly recommend making sure the technician actually knows the correct procedure before allowing them to work on your brakes.

  I had my 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road repaired here, and the work was excellent. They repaired the driver side rear quarter panel and bumper using original parts and original paint. The work looks flawless, and you can’t tell the car had any damage. I’m really happy with the professionalism, customer service, and on-time delivery. Highly recommend.

  I've been going here for several years now after VA Tire & Auto became to expensive. What I like about R&C is that they give me cheaper options and let me know if there is not an alternative. They understand that I have older vehicles and looking to not blow the bank. Highly recommend!

  Roger and Mauren were amazing and very accommodating to me on such short notice, after me arriving from working a long overnight shift. I came first thing in the morning and the mechanics were fast, efficient, and highly skilled. I really appreciate the professionalism and passion that they serve their customers with.
