    Service was great and friendly. They didn't have the truck I requested, but were flexible and accommodating with a replacement.

    We had a pretty decent experience with Penske. We rented a truck here but sadly one of the wheels had an issue so our rental was delayed for an hour. This really set us back and was a major inconvenience but the staff handled it well and gave us a 50% discount and added an extra hour to our rental. The Truck itself had comfortable seats, a great AC unit, and a nice radio but it did smell kinda weird like burnt rubber but it wasn’t too bad. Overall this Penske has a good resilient team and decent rental trucks!

    Horrible customer service. We have been renting from years and have paid them thousand of dollars. We had a fixed rate for the time being and they suddenly doubled our rentals for no reason. The management is full of lies and always lying about who actually is the district manager. The manager Frank has ZERO customer service skill. I am trying to get in touch with the actual upper management rather than these tools that answer the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!
