  Went in for a tire patch and the service was exceptional. Same day appointment and all costs were provided up front. Will definitely come back for new tires.

  Came in 20 minutes early only to be told mechanic had not shown up yet and to leave my car there. While waiting they were trying to sell me an alignment but a lady walked in and said “ya did an alignment a week ago and now my steering wheel shakes” so ummm not giving me any confidence in this place.   Brought my Mitsubishi in on a carvana warranty repair for having black mold near the vents. They said they couldn't find a cause. I asked if they checked the cabin air filter and they said yes. This is the cabin air filter. They also didn't clean the mold out.

  I recently had to come here a couple days ago and trusting this specific dealership to help my car figure out what the main issues were. I had a Ford fusion 2012 and I really loved that car. On a Friday I had dropped off my car just to be turned down for the day and the weekend just because they were not accepting any more repairs which that I understand… but then came Monday and I came to wait for my car repairs and see what was to be sad about the car.. I was informed about a battery issue and a few other possible issues and I really was actually gonna pay for the repairs and everything even though it probably would’ve costed three times the amount.. but this specific dealership was so lazy that they were not willing to have the vehicle towed into the garage. I even told the management working here that the battery didn’t work and that there were other potential issues… I’m no mechanic, but clearly something else was causing it not to start. So from the beginning, they should’ve realized that the car wasn’t just gonna be able to be drivable into the garage. I wasted more than five hours of my life waiting for this car to get done just to be told that they couldn’t even start on it because they couldn’t get it in the garage. I really did like this place in the past, but I feel really let down from this specific issue and I felt like there was a bit of mockery during this whole process from Friday to Monday. I will most likely not use a Mr. tire service again probably not this specific building. I’m not sure, but I got better service from the Ford dealership…

  This was the worst auto repair shop I have ever been to. I had all four tires replaced. First, they charged me $80 more than the price we had agreed on without any prior notice. They caused problems with three out of the four wheels they worked on: they damaged two of the wheels, and a third tire was completely flat again after only three hours. They could not even program the tire pressure sensor. To make matters worse, there was a cockroach in their restroom.
