I’m grateful that they are open on Sunday but they made a few careless mistakes that will cost them my future business. I was never called when my tire was repaired so it wasn’t until two days later when I reached out to ask if my car was ready. And worst of all, the service technician did not fully close my trunk after storing the spare tire in it which resulted in a drained battery after only 3 drives and then having to wait over an hour for roadside assistance that then cost me $104 to jumpstart my car due to the Mr. Tire technicians negligence. Never again.

Only needed a few basic stuff done, of course they see a woman and charge $2000 for all this extra stuff I don’t need! This is why I don’t trust these places I went to another place and only needed to pay $200 to fix my main problem with the brake of my car and it’s running fine and all the lights that were on turned off

Worst shop ever. They are crooks. They wrote up a 6000 diagnosis that was that had nothing to do with my problem. I legged my truck back home and looked over it myself and found the only problem was a spark wire and O2 sensor which was no where on the report. One of the worse shop I ever done business with. Go to a real mechanic. Jiffy lube would have done better.

I discovered a nail in my tire and a slow leak as a result. With no prior planning or appointment, I showed up to Mr. Tire 30 minutes before closing (unbeknownst to me). Mickey’s kindness and empathy to my situation is something I won’t soon forget. Tonito, the technician, didn’t hesitate to fix my tire for me although they were in the process of closing for the day. I can’t thank Mickey and Tonito enough for making my day so much better while also being professional and friendly. They will have a customer in me for life and I’m already planning to get other services here in the near future.
