  I was quoted $68 just to change a tire, which I felt was too expensive. Because of the high price. Only one tire 68$ to change it 5 minutes work no material will need.

  Very disappointed with the service at Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers. I called ahead and their call center scheduled me for a 6:00 PM appointment just for a simple tire puncture repair. But when I arrived, the staff told me they had too many people ahead of me and basically did not care that I had an appointment. They said they could not fix the tire that day and told me to come back tomorrow instead. What is the point of making an appointment if they are not going to honor it? It was a complete waste of my time and probably the worst service experience I’ve had. I ended up leaving without getting anything done.

  New crew and what a difference. Front end lead or shop supervisor was super friendly and helpful and customer service wayyy better. Had 4 tires mounted and balanced and was done without damage unlike 2 years ago when they gouged rims trying to get center caps off. These guys super careful and we’re done exactly when promised.
