Had 4 tires mounted and balanced and was done without damage unlike 2 years ago when they gouged rims trying to get center caps off. These guys super careful and we’re done exactly when promised.

- DSDaschell SwankApr 27, 20261.0Made an appointment at 11am to get a screw removed from a tire. Specifically asked how long the wait would be over the phone. Got redirected to someone else that told me about an hour. I get there 20 minutes later after driving on a bad tire only for the guy at the front to tell me it's a 3 hour wait just to get the car into the bay. Why even bother with an appointment system if it is meaningless? Why lie to me about a 1 hour wait time? How do places like this stay in business treating customers this way? Don't ever come to these corporate auto shops. Go to a local owned shop like Gill's Automotive or Sterling Tire Center that actually respects your time and offers way better service. I called Gill's the next day. They told me a specific time to come in. It took them 20 minutes.

I took my vehicle in with no steering noises and picked it up with noises that the manager refused to check or offer any solution to. But what bothered me most was the manager's aggressive and discriminatory treatment of me.
