  Was in from out of state at a soccer tournament and woke up at the hotel to a flat. Brought my tire in and the guys here took care of it right away so I could get my daughter to her game and get back home afterward. Great guys and great service. I highly recommend.

  Bad experience. They don’t communicate with each other had me drive and waste time and gas. Front desk staff don’t respect customers. August 14, 5pm

  I scheduled an appointment to get both my tires replaced and called ahead to confirm they could handle it. The staff member assured me it wasn’t a problem and we confirmed the appointment. Before arriving at 5pm, I actually called again to let them know I was on my way. I was put on hold for the store manager for 13 minutes, which already felt like a bad sign. When I arrived and waited about 30 minutes, I was told they couldn’t do the work after all. When I asked why they’d confirmed it was possible, I was basically told it wasn’t their responsibility. The core issue here is a lack of internal communication. The person answering the phone clearly didn’t have accurate information about what the shop could actually handle, and nobody caught the mistake before I drove out there and wasted my time. I understand things come up, but I did everything right on my end to prevent this situation. I called twice to confirm. It seems like a reasonable expectation that if they say they can do something, they’ve actually checked before giving you that answer. There are other tire shops in the area that might be more reliable. I’d recommend checking elsewhere.

  I waited for 2.5 hours for anyone to show up and open the store since I had an appointment as they opened. No one showed up until after 11:30 and I had called at least 4 times. Ridiculous. The only saving grace was I got to take my tires and go to a different Mr Tire.
