  This is by far the best jiffy lube in Northern Virginia ive been coming here for 4 years straight they make it difficult for me to want to go anywhere elsebwoth but the great service they provide

  Incredible customer service! I can’t say enough great things about Bobby, the Manager at this Jiffy Lube Sterling location. He is truly hardworking, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help someone in need. Every time I come in, Bobby is just as friendly and helpful as ever. I always joke with him, “Do you ever have a day off?” 😂 I wanted to take a moment to recognize him and let Jiffy Lube know how much I appreciate his dedication. My car battery died when the store was only about 25 minutes away from closing. Instead of turning me away, Bobby helped me purchase a replacement battery and personally installed it for me. That kind of service and genuine willingness to help is rare these days. I appreciate knowing that whenever I come to this Jiffy Lube, I can count on Bobby to go above and beyond for his customers.

  BUYER BEWARE — Longtime customer, but this location has changed drastically. I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location in Sterling for many years, and unfortunately, the customer service and professionalism have declined significantly. I am currently recovering from an injury that affects my balance. For safety reasons, I did not feel comfortable walking into the service bay, so I sent my male colleague in to communicate with the staff while I remained seated. A young male employee came into the waiting area, looked directly past me, and addressed my male companion about MY vehicle. I explained that I was the owner. He again stated that he needed to speak with the owner. I had to repeat myself and make it very clear that I was the vehicle owner and anything concerning my vehicle needed to be discussed with me. The interaction was rude, dismissive, and left me with the distinct impression that he preferred dealing with the man accompanying me rather than acknowledging me as the owner. Another technician then began giving unsolicited recommendations. I explained that I was already aware of recommendations from previous visits and that I only wanted my oil-change service completed because I did not have time for additional services that day. His demeanor noticeably changed after I declined the additional work. The person I understood to be the manager was even more disappointing. He remained seated with his back toward me while attempting to have a conversation with me. I actually had to ask him to turn around and address me properly. When he questioned why I would not enter the bay, I explained that I was recovering from an injury and did not feel stable enough to safely walk through that area. His response was, “Oh, you walk on your elbow?” I found that comment completely inappropriate, sarcastic, and disrespectful. I was making a responsible decision regarding my physical safety while also protecting the business from the potential liability of me falling in their service area. What concerned me even more happened after the service. I arrived with no tire-pressure warning lights illuminated. After the service, I suddenly had a tire-related warning and noticed an issue involving the valve stem. To be completely fair, I did not personally witness anyone tampering with my vehicle, so I will not make that accusation as fact. However, the timing was concerning enough that I believe management should review exactly what occurred while my vehicle was in their care. Beyond this particular visit, I have noticed a significant decline at this location over time. There have been numerous changes in managers and employees, and the customer experience simply is not what it once was. Years ago, my vehicle was routinely vacuumed as part of the service. That no longer appears to be consistently done, yet customers continue paying comparable or higher prices while receiving less service. I actually contemplated for weeks whether to post this review because I have supported this location for so many years. But after thinking about the entire experience, I believe other customers deserve to know. Longtime customers should not be made to feel ignored, mocked, pressured into purchasing additional services, or disrespected for making decisions about their own vehicle and personal safety. I especially encourage women bringing in their own vehicles to pay close attention to how they are being addressed and to inspect their vehicle before and after service. I sincerely hope Jiffy Lube corporate or the franchise owner reviews what is happening at this Sterling location, including the conduct of management, employee professionalism, customer-service standards, and what occurred with my vehicle during this visit. After many years of loyalty, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Buyer beware and pay attention.

  John is always so nice and takes the time to explain exactly what my car needs. The shop is always clean, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. As a woman, I especially appreciate feeling like I can trust their recommendations and that I’m not being pressured or sold services my car doesn’t actually need. It’s refreshing to find a place that is honest, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

  I’ve had such a great experience here both times I’ve visited! I came in about a week ago with a Toyota Highlander, and Franky helped me out. He was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming, and honestly everyone working that day was amazing. They were all such gentlemen, the service was efficient, and I left genuinely impressed! I came back today with my Hyundai Elantra and, surprisingly, Franky helped me again! Once again, he was wonderful, and the entire team was super sweet, welcoming, professional, and efficient. It’s not often that you have such consistently good customer service, but both of my experiences here have been 10s across the board. Franky definitely deserves a shoutout, and so does the whole team. Nothing but good things to say!! I’ll absolutely be coming back! 😊
