  Alessandra was extremely good natured, positive energy, very professional. She was very willing to stay the extra few minutes after they were close because I was running late. She had everything ready to go for me. Truck was already pulled up front. Made sure I understood how everything worked. After I returned the vehicle she called me the next morning, just to confirm everything and found a discrepancy in the mileage, but took care of that. I was so grateful that she verified everything with me before just running my credit card for the extra hundred dollars it would’ve cost me for that mistake. She is a kind of employee that you rarely get to experience — you should not take that for granted.

  Well, very disappointed with my experience. First of all, we are a regular customer, but today, our reservation was not to be found under my corporate account, even we have presented call records of making reservation. At the end, we got a truck, but after loading the cargo, we noticed the tire pressure is very low. We reported the issue at 5pm, and hoping someone can quickly take care of it. Right now, at the time writing this review, it is 11:50 PM, I got my fourth txt message says estimated arrival is 120 minutes. Well, as small business owner, we have to denpend on a reliable commercial truck rental to delivery products and services. If we keep getting reservation not found, and road side assistance doesn't show up in 8 hours, I don't see we can continue trust this brand name as our logistical support.

  Alessandra, the manager was very professional, knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. Victor, the associate supervisor was also helpful. excellent service! I will def. recommend them to friends and i will be coming back again.

  Amazing service. The people there who helped me with my rental were so professional and also friendly. They took the time to explain to me the details and all other questions as i am a new customer to the truck rental division of this business. They didn't rushed me. I will recommend this branch of Enterprise and will do business with them again for sure.
